Great place if you visiting pyramids.
Reasonable price and service. Breakfast is not included in room price. Place is about 2 km from entrance to pyramids. We had a breakfast here snd returned for lunch.

This hotel is nicely located near the Chichen Itza Ruins but need room upgrades. Service is excellent and with a whole team of friendly staffs. Restaurant food is average.

Very nice little hotel. Worth stopping at to be near Chichén Itza early the next morning. Was clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Lots of noisy monkeys at night but hey, it's a cool experience! Would stay again.

We are arrived at the hotel about 9:30pm 11/12/2017, and the front desk asked us if we wanted to stay at another hotel, instead of this one. At that time, we felt unusual why ask us to other hotel. When we entered the room 15 minutes later, we found that there was no water at all. We called the front desk and went to the front desk. They said they would go to check it. After half hour, the front desk said that it is happening all the time. He looked like he don't care about that. Later, he even did not receive our call. So that night, we couldn't take a shower, brushed teeth and flushed toilet. I asked who was the manager, but the guy of the front desk said the manager was sleeping.
The service was bad, and they even didn't say sorry for that. It was bad experience and uncomfortable whole night.

Good room and friendly staff. Easy walk to chichen itza. We were charged more than we were quoted which was a bit disappointing. The restaurant was reasonably priced. Very quite in the off season.

    Very courteous people.
By staying here; you can go to the Chichen Itzá site, through The Mayaland entrance. This entrance beats the general entrance crowds and lines.

Decent hotel located in Piste, yet only 5 minutes from Chichen Itza. Room was clean and offered basic amenities. Hotel grounds were very nice. Restaurant/bar was very nice. And inexpensive!

Very close to the Chicken Itza ruins, about a 5-7 minute drive, theres nothing else to do besides the ruins and the cenote. Hotel has a nice pool, bar and restaurant. Liqueur store is also right next door. Wifi is free but signal is far from our room, it works though. I'm giving it 5 stars because I realized I had left my watch at the hotel after we had already checked out in the morning, the front desk had it waiting for me after a quick panicked call. Over all we only stayed one night but it's great place to rest before seeing the landmarks.

Booked through a third party website, had some issue when checked in. But the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous to solve the issue. Room is simple but clean. Our kids had a great time enjoying their nice pool!
