the staff was very friendly. this hotel is fantastic. we have a view of the park. the hotel offers excellent service and the rooms are very clean. the hotel is idealy located near the park and it is very affordable. the hotel has a restaurant and the meals can be delivered to your room. the valet parking is a little expensive, but thankfully we are not driving. overall, i give this a 5 star because it is a very classy hotel.

It's a comfortable hotel in a good location. It is getting a bit outdated in comparison to other hotels in Polanco, but still provides excellent service. Wish it had a pool.

The service here is outstanding and the amenties are really nice. We watched a spectacular lightning storm from our windows over the city. The hotel is also really well situated just across the street from the Primero parte de Chapultepec. We had all of oour meals here and we found the menu extensive. They were able to cater to my sister's gluten and lactose intolerances and arranged a nice car for us to the airport. I would stay here again.

A very nice hotel at a very reasonable price. It is near all the nightlife in MX city and is easy to Uber if you don't feel like walking. The breakfast is also worth checking out. I will be back again.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Breakfast buffet is varied and fresh. The gym on the top floor has good treadmills and elipticals plus free weights. Well locates hotel. I like it
