  Had a delicious breakfast here. The price is a package deal and includes a cold buffet, coffee, and menu selection. Excellent food and service.

  The rooms were nice as was the general ambiance of the hotel. The restaurant was also delicious. However the service is fairly slow and we didn't even het our rooms until 5 even though check in is at 3.

  No hot water in the shower, only warm the day we arrived there was a wedding and we could sleep until 2 am.

  Beautiful architecture, restful courtyards, rooms nice, clean, and quiet. Staff provide excellent service. Location is very close to sights in the Puebla Historic District.

  The hotel is near of the center of the city. It's very comfortable and the attendance is very well. I rest comfortably and the meal is variable. I recommend it
