It’s a good price/benefit relationship, WiFi is slow/breaks up, and one of the rooms we booked had the A.C. broken. The view of the ground floor rooms is awful.

Car driveway was in bad shape. Hotel was undergoing renovations (I assume after the earthquake). We were given 3 rooms in the first floor. I stayed in 1115. Had a constant motor noise going all night long. Golf course was ok. Morning breakfast buffet was only so so. Door to the garden had a broken lock . They had replaced it with a funny one that didn't seem to be secure at all. When I asked maintenance to repair the original lock, they said they couldn't because they couldn't get the original for parts so they added the make do locks. Beds were ok. Rooms were clean and acceptable except for the bathroom door knob which was installed backwards (one of my kids locked my other kid inside the bathroom as a result, because the lock button was on the outside of the bathroom). For some odd reason the corridor exit door inn our floor was always open at night. I found this to be a security lack and also very inconvenient as three corridor was always excessively cold in the morning.

I would rate this hotel 0 stars. The valet is very bad as well as the rooms. The valet scratched up our rented car. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The rooms are really comfortable and it's complete, it has pool and gym. The only detail it's that they charge everything separately (internet and parking lot) which makes it a bit more expensive that other options.

It was a great place to stay, the morning buffet is really good. Laura in the spa is wonderful. The rooms in the new tower are comfortable and all the people are nice in attentions.

Didn't get housekeeping service with the excuse that the hotel was full. It is YOUR responsibility to plan ahead your workforce. Algo the service at the restaurant was bad and long waits for simple things such as handing out the menus and serving water! I've stayed in many hotels of this chain but this had been the worse one.

The hotel is ok but I had 100 USD stolen from my wallet in my room (I left the room for 20 minutes to go for a quick gym session (the gym sucks here btw) and when I came back the cleaners where in the room and I was missing 100 USD). I told hotel management about the incident and they promised to follow up the same day and e-mail me the details - I never heard from them. Pretty disappointing service for a relatively high end hotel.

Stayed there for 3 months. Good Service, The lofts are nice and the hotel is good located. Valet parking or self parking (free) at the supermarket garage. Free wifi. Pool. Nice roof garden. Try to get a room facing the golf place, otherwise the Atlixcayotl can be noisy

The hotel is situated in a really nice neighborhood with a lot of stores and malls nearby. The staff is really pleasant and helpful plus bilingual.

Big rooms with really nice bathrooms. A little too much sound from the hallway, but not from the rooms beside it. Big TV and a minibar. Safe in the rooms. Very nice lobby, an expensive restaurant (but with good food), very small pool.
