Loved this hotel. The beach location is one of the best in Cancun. Food in all of the restaurants is excellent, and we thought the prices were very fair. We specially liked dining at the Urban one. Service is great, staff always happy to help. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Superb hotel,fantastic restaurant,friendly,efficient,professional staff.
Idyllically situated in paradise.
You can take a half hour boat ride to the spectacularly beautiful Holbox island.
It’s sheer beauty leaves you feeling
immensely privileged to have seen and indeed regretful to leave it.
The magnificent Mayan ruins is also a well worthwhile visit.
A truly magnificent visit or holiday in a fantastic little paradise.

Super place with elegant and simply appointed rooms for a relaxing stay in Cancun. Just far enough away from the hubbub of the core of the hotel zone to be laid back.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms are a little more basic than expected with minimal decor/design. Walk-in showers don’t have doors to close on them so water gets all over floor and toilet. Breakfast buffets were good but I recommend purchasing food package during booking because upstairs breakfast was expensive. Beautiful views from rooms- lagoon or beach. Pool area and beach was amazing! Landscape and upkeep are superb! All staff members were very pleasant and attentive- some of them overly, working for a tip on any basic thing (really annoying). Water activities available. Outdoor fire pit and cabanas. Margherita pizza was disgusting, shrimp tacos were delish, drinks were watered down. Best fresh fruit! Alfredo, serving the pool area was hilarious and had great service. Overall, enjoyed this place and would come back.

The beach access is amazing and all the facilities are gorgeous. The only drawback is that the staff is a little slow with food and drinks, but otherwise you won't be disappointed.

Great beach, IMHO the best in the area excluding islands across.
Expensive but with very good service. Pleasant atmosphere and very nice stuff. Folks serving the food and the drinks at the beach are the best.
4 restaurants and great beach/pool bar with swings instead of bar stools.
Very cool but be careful if you are of those who like to get a few shots, do not use the swings in this case ;)
Very clean and well maintained hotel.
Boat rental folks at the beach are very good. 👌 We rented a boat with 2 crew members for an afternoon and evening, seadoo watercrafts were in great shape and lots of fun.
They can also take you to some amazing snorkeling spots. We swam among so many marine life species, saw sea turtles. Barracudas were everywhere.
They have swimming with the dolphins in the offer and other amazing adventurous activities to offer.
Just ask and they'll take you to some very good restaurants. They are kind and going above and beyond and waited for us to have a dinner, beyond the 4h that the trip was designed to be.
They know the area very well and speak very good english. Pyramids were really something.

Boat rentals and tours.
Paul with the sailing boat is a bit annoying and on the grumpy side. On the other hand, sailboat ride in the evening with the sunset and champagne is a great experience.response / report this review -

This place has nice rooms and also very beautiful views of the Caribbean Ocean. It is one of the nicest beaches along Cancun Playa this and is incredibly soft and white. Food is good in the hotel and they have a long happy hour between 6 and 9 at the main bar.

Room are clean and spacious. Staffs are friendly. The hotel is located at the better side of the cancun beach so it is a beautiful hotel to stay in! Minus one star because city view has no views
