Scenery and atmosphere was phenomenal. The plastic where was kind of dirty but overall the experience was good. All employees were nice and respectful. I would definitely go back because for a resort of this size I found the food to be delicious. They had more than enough options on each menu and just down the beach is another resort so it’s same for the most part. Definitely a great place for families and large groups alike - if your a couple or just looking to have some peace and quiet this may not be the place for you since there are always kids and activities going on.

Beautiful hotel and a great staff. The grounds were very well kept. We commented that it was almost "Disney" clean. The food was always very good at the buffet and fantastic at the dinner restaurants. Great view from our balcony. They even did a few special little things for my daughter's birthday. We'll be returning.

Good resort for families. Loved having an "adults only" swimming area on a different side of the resort. Resort is split into two sections. Very large open area and large beach. Plenty of room for everyone. Food was decent and the VIP lounge (if you have it) is definitely worth it. Has food and drinks for you (self serve) at all times. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would visit again with family.

We only stayed at the Jade for 2 nights (we were at the Now Sapphire and took advantage of a promotion). The food was excellent and so was the service. We upgraded to preferred with an ocean view and would definitely recommend it. My only complaint (a minor one) is that the preferred pool was a little bit rowdy for my tastes as there was a swim up bar. At the Sapphire it was much more quiet and relaxing. All in all, it was a great couple of days though.

I just arrived back home from a 10 day stay with Now Jade and I was very impressed with this resort. The staff definitely made the trip very enjoyable and we really felt they did their very best to make our stay outstanding.
The food was fantastic and the no reservation style of restaurants appealed to us, the wait times ended up being quite a bit shorter than what we were told and the pager system allows you to roam around while you wait.
The room was spacious and clean with the exception of a sewer smell due to a dry trap on the bidet (yup washroom had a bidet and all we had to do was run some water in it to stop the smell).
The event staff was great and never pressured us to join anything that we didn’t want to do. The pool was very warm when we first got there probably due some cooler weather just before we got there. The pool temperature definitely dropped to a cooler more refreshing temperature as the weather became hotter and hotter.
The beach was long but skinny and had some rocky areas but a short distance away we found a sandy area to swim in. The red flags were flying the whole time we were there but I didn’t find the ocean all that scary to swim in because of that.
I could go on but I will just say this, all issues we encountered were quickly resolved by the staff and I give Now Jade a 10/10 for making our holiday such an enjoyable experience.

Overall this hotel is a decent 4* hotel, rooms were large and comfortable it was nice to have the separate living area and made the room fee spacious, we had an inland view room on the 3rd floor and were above the tree canopy so views were nice, they wanted $45 a night for a sea view to me not worth it for the amount we would be looking at the view. We were in the standard part of the hotel and I am glad we didn't pay to go into preferred it seemed a lot quieter.
Food was good we ate in majority of the restaurants our favourites were the Italian and the French and we went back there more than once. Breakfast there was a good choice and mimosa's were included which was a nice treat. Drinks were plentiful throughout the day by the pool the waiters were very attentive both by the pool and at the beach. Good selection of drinks too.
We went on a bike ride with the entertainers one day to the local village it was an easy 15 minute ride and nice to see the village.
The rooms are a little tired and could do with a spruce up and there were a lot of tiles missing in the pool. The sales pitch is the most annoying thing as soon as you arrive they try and get you to have a breakfast meeting about their holiday club, I had to ve very forceful in saying no there was no giving up from the sales people, not the best way to start the holiday. All in all nice hotel, nice surroundings and enough to do within the complex (nothing around it). I would recommend if someone wanted a decent priced 4*.

A nice resort with good food. Our favourite restaurant was the asian cuisine - SPICE - the food was absolutely amazing. The pools and beach views were superb. The only thing I would say we weren't too thrilled about was the ongoing construction, the room having an odour when we first got there, us having issues with our key card, and the safe running out of battery power.

Staff is friendly, amenities are great, some of the features are a little run down (for example there was minor rust in the bathroom metal). There was a weird still water smell in our room the first night but it wasn't enough to complain. The room was a bit cold for us, especially the floor. The shower is one of the best I've used! The all-inclusive nature was amazing, but often made us feel uncertain about how much to tip staff. The alcohol seems watered-down which is a plus for me. Often times it takes a long time to get a drink, especially by the pool. The beer selection is lacking. The vegan options are lacking. If you're vegan, the Italian restaurant may be your best bet, but I'm not 100% sure if it was really vegan. The room service was surprisingly good and available 24/7. The housekeeping staff felt rushed, often missed things like giving us towels, but they were fast to correct any problems. Overall, had a wonderful stay.

Now Jade is an excellent hotel with superior customer service from staff. I had the pleasure of having my wedding here May 2017, and words can't describe how beautiful it turned out. All thanks to my on-site wedding planner Irina. She was amazing from the beginning to the end. She is experienced, listens to how you want your dream wedding day to be and then executes. Words can not describe how thankful I am for Irina. She truly made my wedding day picture perfect!

Our room has a great view of the pool and beach. Our access to them is pretty easy as well. The food anywhere you go on the resort has been quite a treat! I highly recommend Now Jade Resort. 😊

This resort blew me and my expectations away! Before travelling here, I had read some not so great reviews, and after visiting this beautiful resort, I cannot fathom why! The lobby was the first place that caught my eye, as it has a large shark statue made up of tiny shark statues (really, really cool) overlooking a really beautiful picturesque ocean, I was greeted promptly by friendly, helpful staff. This is a family friendly resort, so expect lots of little ones; however, they do a really good job of making your stay enjoyable for all ages. The rooms were beautiful, clean, well stocked, they spared no expense and kept their eye on detail when building this place. They have a very large main pool with right by the beach, and the beach was a very nice size. All in all, I definitely give this place a 5 star for great service, beautiful grounds, and just all around fun.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 4 year anniversary. We were greeted with a glass of wine and the resort was gorgeous! (1star for that) Secondly outside of the beach and pool area there wasn't much entertainment it was very boring. We had to spend hundreds of dollars outside of the resort to enjoy our stay. They had a variety of restaurants to choose from which wasn't that great so we ate at the buffet area most of our stay. (2 stars thanks to the buffet area or we would have starved) The drinks were weak and our romantic dinner on the ocean was a disaster! Thank God we didn't pay the outrageous price of $200.00. The food came out really late and the mosquitos were so bad we couldn't enjoy the food when it finally came. Lastly, I came home with BED BUG BITES!!! We will not be back under any circumstances!!!

This place is absolutely beautiful as the reviews stated and I am a self acclaimed resort/hotel snob. I love clean, well kept rooms with good customer service, great food and drinks. This place has all of that and more. I will bring my entire family back the next time. Right now it's about my husband and I. If you want to actually have a relaxing but entertaining vacation, book here. It's a combination of both. I am here now and this is my 3rd day. I'm leaving in another 3 days, if anything changes which I hope not, I'll put up another post. But so far, so good.

Very nice resort, i stayed in the presidential suite near the lobby, which was kind of a down side because there were shows every night making it hard to sleep, but it was very clean. At the beach there was alot of seaweed making the water appear dirty. I was a preferred club member, and the food and treats they served in the lounge are delicious. The food overall is good, the room service was great, but if you are a ranch dressing lover, you might want to bring your own, because its not tasty here. It was quite crowded, and there were so many birds. Besides all that, the staff was amazingly kind and i would definitely come here again.

Beautiful resort! We loved it here. As soon as we walked into the lobby it smelled amazing! We were greeted with drinks. Our room got upgraded to an ocean view room. The room was nice and clean and view was breath taking. Beach was beautiful. Food was great the workers were wonderful as well. Cant wait to go back!

LOVED this resort! I would recommend this resort to anyone. My boyfriend and I went and it was so relaxing. The service was amazing and the food was the best food I have ever had. We tried extending our stay 2 extra nights because it was so amazing. The resort was beautiful, we can't wait to book another trip.

This is a great place to stay! The staff is very friendly and bend over backwards to make you happy. The weather has been great for our stay and there are plenty of pools and we've enjoyed the beach, as well. If you want to do more, there are excursions you can take from the resort, at an extra cost. We will be coming back here, did sure!

Very nice rooms with a hot tub in (to my knowledge) each one. The beach is beautiful with clear water but be advised that it can does contain a bit a rocks which can be easy to step and hurt yourself. The pools are nice and clean with plenty of space to swim in. There are many places to eat throughout the day including a 24hour coffee shop. Drinks are unlimited and in access throughout the resort. Be advised that this is more of an adult oriented "kid friendly" resort. There are that many ways to keep children busy here. Mid teens don't really have much to do either. But if you're only an adult then you'll have a great time with unlimited drinks and many activities throughout the day.
