  Pésimo , pésimo , pésimo. No cumplieron con el servicio de acuerdo a la consulta telefónica que hice. Tengan cuidado, son el peor hotel de queretaro, me hicieron gastar en trasladarme y no les importo que llevara familia. No lo recomiendo. Su frase "NO ES POSIBLE". Y el gerente ya saben nunca se encuentra para ofrecer una alternativa.

  Un buen hotel con precios accessibles. Las recámaras son amplias y muy cómodas. E servicio excelente así como la comida en el restsurante.
