  Advertised price included liability insurance. But when I got there they told me liability insurance provided is only upto 750000 pesos. Mandatory liability insurance according to Mexican laws require 2.5million pesos. So ended up paying additional 30$ per day. Why couldn't they advertise this upfront? Stick to National/enterprise. They advertised the mandatory liability insurance required and price upfront.

  One star because there is no '0' star rating. Although we confirmed just 48 hrs before (booked 2 months in advance), we were told they had no car for us and we were on our own. Standing in there parking lot with our luggage. No explanation, no telephone offered, no ride back to the airport offered. Basically 'get lost'. We've rented cars on every continent around the world and have NEVER been treated this way. Rent from a reputable company and detour Mex/Fox rentals. What a disaster.

  Had a wonderful and easy rental experience in my recent trip to Cabo. Johary was very pleasant and made everything go smooth. When they didn't have the Yaris I reserved she put me into a spanking clean like new Versa. The rental rate was great, and I took their Total Coverage Insurance, eventhough my CC had full coverage. I didn't want any problems in Mexico. Well worth the peace of mind. They offered me the "pay for the full tank" option, but i knew there was a Pemex Gas Station 2 minutes away. They only take cash, USD okay.

  Great experience with them,even upgraded us to a bigger vehicle for minimal charge, the attendant was worry the vehicle wouldn't fit my family. No insurance problems, i knew what i needed ahead of time. Thank you for making my renal a fast and easy process. Just have to add rented from Fox there affiliate in Cancun a month ago had a totally opposite experience. Mex all the way

  Overall great experience. Took a bit more time than I would have liked when picking up the car but the line was fairly long. Drop off was very quick and efficient. The car itself was in great condition and the price (car as well as insurance) was competitive in comparison to the other companies available. I would definitely rent from here again.

  never again, they wanted to have an extra insurance which was 10 times higher than the actual cost of the vehicle I live in Mexico and for my private vehicle I pay the same amount like they wanted to have for just 1 week!!

  They advertise in dollars but won't let you pay in dollars, then apply an exorbitant exchange rate.

  No respetan el precio pactado originalmente. El auto no es el que prometen. No hay dispinibilidad para solucionar el problema. Precios elevados. Jamás lo volverí a usar
