Amazing selection of designer clothing. Prices were a little up there for the jewellery, but overall a great place to visit if you want to bring items home.

We bought a Samsung refrigerator, it broke in one week. We have waited days for repairmen to show up, it's been going on 2 months, we were promised he would be here Jan 2nd and of course he didn't show up. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The repairman told us Samsung technician needs to come and we found out he never contacted the Samsung technician!

If you are looking for the quintessential "American" department store experience in Playa del Carmen, this is the place to go. They have name-brands that you would find in the US, and they also have prices that you would find in the US. There is a dense and overpowering smell of designer perfume throughout the place. The building seemed to have every spare foot of floor space filled with something to sell, and this gave it a claustrophobic feel.

Good option for shopping!. Retail Store. From furniture to clothes. Brand names.

It's a clean, well stocked store of current high end items. The candy by the bag section has a plethora of choices. The prices can be a little more than normal places, but you get what you pay for.

So like target, it's a fancy shopping place but due to border tax you'll find a lot of duty free items. The restaurant it's also nice, buffet or menu, you should try the salmon baggel.

Great quality shopping. A bit of everything. Clothes for everyone, nice shoes, bags, sport equipment and clothing. Jewelry, cosmetics. Home deco r, furniture, electronic, good 100% cotton sheets and bedding, lamps, patio furniture etc.

I am addicted to this department store! It is a mix between Macy's and Nordstrom's. With just enough of that department store feel from when you were a child and it was a treat to go to the department store and stare at all the loose candy that you could bag and weigh. Fantastic customer service. Super clean. Very well merchandised. I am not a big store shopper (I try to buy everything from Amazon Prime) but I always make an exception and look for a reason to visit Liverpool.

Good selection of convenience items hard to find in Mexico. Prices reflect that but they have sales often if you watch for them. Staff are very helpful.
