If i could do zero stars or negative I would. I have been here 3 times before and every time has been great. Being and avid traveler, promoter, and travel agent I have tried almost every popular beach here and Mr Sanchos has gone completely to the dogs. They are now trying to charge for every little thing. The food quality has gone from amazing to a notch above dog food. We were lied to by 3 or 4 different staff members in order to try and charge us more money. If I had never been they would have cheated 7 people out of 55pp. We had snacks with us and they basically said we could not have any outside food of any kind not knowing or caring if anyone had low sugar or was diabetic they were just animate about taking the half eaten bag of chips and m&m's and bottle water. Then they told me some BS story about not being able to fly my drone and basically told me it's been illegal for years.. lies again I was just here months ago and flew it there. I stated that I will just walk off property and fly it and the guy says that's our property too. BS it's private property next door so I walked to the end and flew it there. The 200+ people that would have been coming with me on the next cruise will not be coming here we will not be visiting any affiliated property of MR Sanchos.

My friend and I went to Mr. Sanchos while in Cozumel abroad a cruise. We were worried it would be difficult to find a taxi near our boat, but once we got through the shops there were several taxis to take. It only took about 15 minutes to get there and we had prepaid so it did not take long to get in. We bought the all inclusive pass and it was the best decision we made. We were shocked by how beautiful the place is. We got a few chairs by the beach and a waiter immediately took our order for drinks. The water was clear and warm. We also played on the water gym (while sober) and it was a blast. We went to the bar and Julio was our bartender. He was very personable and nice. He took pictures for us and always made sure our drink was full. He was such a good bartender and made sure everyone was happy. For lunch we split the chicken quesadillas and chicken fajitas, plus guacamole and chips. Everything was AMAZING. There are many things to do at Mr. Sanchos that cost extra - a fish pedicure, massages, some shopping, henna, taking pictures with birds/lizards, hair braiding, and jet ski’s. The value of Mr. Sanchos all inclusive pass was enough for us and we definitely got our monies worth - if only because of the open bar. If you’re looking for a sign to go (like I was when I read reviews) this is it!!!

We have gone twice to Mr. Sanchos. We reserve in advanced since its the place to be at Cozumel for all inclusive. We book the romance package that Includes your private cabana with 30 minute massages for you and your significant other a rose and all inclusive food and drink. They are so attentive in every aspect. The food was phenomenal. We had shrimp, soup, nachos and the drinks were always cold and refreshing. The massages were so detailed and the water was beautiful and blue. There is a pay as you go side and there is things to do like jet skis and mariachis are always available to have the full experience. You have to go. You will always go back.

We had the most awesome day at Mr Sanchos! Be sure to visit as this is guaranteed to be a fun filled day for everyone. We spent the day in two cabanas and with the all inclusive package. Mr Sanchos team made us feel like home and had us covered with drinks and food all the time. Make sure to book your massage while there. We will sure return when back in Cozumel! Go Mr Sanchos!

Mr. Sancho's is a must when in Cozumel. The food was excellent, the beach was clean and the service was outstanding. Juan was our server and he was always right there when we needed a drink or food order. We did it all! My wife and I got excellent massages from Yanet. Our whole family got our hair braided. My son got a great picture with one of the parrots they were bringing around. Then we ended the day with the whole family getting fish pedicures, which was really fun and rejuvenating. One thing I wanted to mention is that they do have paddle boards for rent. I hadn't seen any info on this before we arrived. Best day of our cruise. Don't bother booking beach days through the cruise line. Just book with Mr. Sancho's and you won't be disappointed.

All inclusive resort style vacation spot with unlimited food and drinks. Plus, a plethora of excursion options for an additional cost. Nestled on Cozumel's coast, it provides adult fun for the kid in you looking to get away.

Get the romance package. It's well worth every penny. The massages were actually really, really good. The drinks were a little weak, but our waiter Jesus was amazing. Relaxing, beautiful day all around.

Place is amazing!!!! How can you not give this place 5 stars?!?!? Food and drinks were amazing and the service staff keeps them coming. Staff is friendly and right on the ball. View is beautiful! Soooo worth it!!

You can not beat this place for price. The quality of service is high. The place is always clean. The staff is quick to try and accommodate request. The food is 4/5. I recommend this for individuals or families.

Would definitely recommend! I m hard to please and found it clean and safe with very good food and drinks. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly be sure to tip them they don't make much there.

I wasn't expecting much quality in the food but I was pleasantly surprised The food was great. The grilled shrimp was AMAZING; you have to try it! The service was really good and the drinks were legit. The all inclusive beer was from a can not keg. This is a must if your in Cozumel!

First visit. Had a great time. Can't wait to come back. Got in at 830. Great table, lounge chairs, cabanas avail right at the water. Erwin was out server the whole time and was Awesome.

I left Paradise Beach to come here, and I was not disappointed. The beach is all inclusive (excludes the inflatable gym,) so the price is a little steep. I don't remember well but I think we paid approx $55/adult, $40/teen and $30/kid. ($12/person for the sports gym.) The staff was great with keeping the drinks and food coming. Water had no rocks and we did not have very many vendors offering us trinkets. The pool has a swim up bar and the showers and restrooms were decent. The only con, the beach was packed. It's a good sign at the same time. I recommend this place if you just want Beach or pool time. If you're looking for snorkeling try Uvas or Sea Reef. If you want a non tourist Beach experience you can try San Miguel beach. San Miguel has rough waves, but is isolated on the opposite side of the island away from the tourist coast.

My two teens & I took our first cruise. We decided against spend all that money on an excursion & see what we could find. A couple friends told us about Mr Sanchos. We went there & wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff. Very clean facility. Decently priced. Our main waiter was Hector, & when we go back, I'd request him of allowed. He was awesome. I'm very impressed.

Great place, easy to get there via cab (17 bucks each way). They have kayaking, snorkeling, lounge chairs and tables everywhere. I loved snorkeling and seeing the submersed statues and fish. Food was great an so was the service.

While cruising on Carnival Freedom, we spent the day at Mr Sancho's & highly recommend it!!! We ate & drank all day, had a cabana & chairs by the water. Clean & hospitable. Manuel took amazing care of our every need & want. Everyone was so happy to see us.
On another note, vendors are peddling their wares so be prepared to help support their local economy.response / report this review -

The best vacation ever!! Staff was so friendly and went out of their way to get us everything we wanted or needed. We had quite a few people in our party & they were on top of drinks & food. All you can drink & eat for one low price. Amazing!!! And for additional fees you can do different sports or get a massage on the beach. I highly recommend the massage!! Just beautiful & so worth it!!!

A group of family and friends joined us for a Carnival Cruise and to spend the day at Mr. Sanchos for our wedding and reception. It was PERFECT. The food, the drinks, the people, the scenery- all outstanding. I couldn't imagine a more perfect day. All of our guests LOVED it! They even made sure we didn't miss our cabs back to the boat- which would have happened if they didn't take such good care of us. Seriously can't say enough about this place.

AMAZING! Beautiful beach, tasty drinks and the best service! Mr. Sancho's is the perfect spot if you want to relax or have fun in Cozumel. I loved every second and did not want to leave. The server will be your best friend by the end of the visit. There's a private beach, pools, water bars, massages, buffets and entertainment. An amazing beach club that pampers their guests.
