Super friendly staff, amazing cenotes. I love that they are going the extra mile to preserve the land by not allowing bug spray or sunscreen. They did provide us with all natural citronella which helped keep the bugs away. Lockers available and very beautiful grounds.

A cavern with more than 10,000 years old is waiting for you to give you magical evenings. This place was off the charts amazing! The underground river was unbelievable. One of the top vacations activities I have ever done. Everyone was very friendly, food was delicious, our guide Oscar was great. Can't wait to do it again.

Spectacular! Oscar was our guide and was great! Spoke well with lots if information. Just a good guy. The under ground river is a must you are missing out if you don't do it and the food is really really good!

We got to this Mayan-owned Ecopark at 2:30pm (They close at 5) and still enjoyed every aspect! The tour guide greeted us and told us which Cenotes he recommended so we could maximize our exploration of the park before our underground cave tour. He was right! The park and nature is so well kept and surreal while the paved paths were easy to follow with tidbits of Mayan & Mexican history scattered throughout. The water is so blue and clear and they provide kayaks at all the cenotes to explore on top, as well as life-vests, scuba goggles and water shoes if you want a closer look! It's amazing this place wasn't packed, I recommend enjoying the serenity now because this relatively newly discovered group of caverns and Cenotes is soon to blow up in popularity.
OH, and remember to bring tip money for your tour guide (I forgot but thank goodness I had some spare cash, he was awesome)! Oskar was informative & patient but also became our personal photographer, stopping us at great photo ops and catching some candids (bring water proof camera/case or buy one at reception)!!! Amazing place to enjoy cenotes in Riviera Maya. It is more expensive than what I think should be but the pay is worth it. Just make sure you know exactly what included in the package you are paying for because there are 2 spots that are guided and cost extra money. They guy at the counter failed on giving us the complete info BUT I still give 5 stars because the place itself it's just Wonderful so worth the visit.

Very nice and inexpensive place to visit, swim in the different Cenotes, (make sure you bring your water shoes but if you forgot them you can buy them there though they are high), you can enjoy eating there as well.

It was not crowded we had some of the Cenotes all too ourselves. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The facilities were nice and clean. Everyone that complains about the price should think about the cost of keeping the place nice and clean and the upkeep of the entire park! It was pretty big and I loved exploring all the Cenotes. It was very natural- very few man made stuff. Will definitely go again.

Excellent place. We did the underground river tour and it was beautiful! The guide Saul was great. Then we visited the other cenotes on our own and we were alone most of the time. I recommend it even if it is a bit expensive.

We had a terrific experience doing the "grutaventura" tour. Our guide was very friendly and helpful. The underground part is really quite amazing!

Great cenote park. You have 5 cenotes and one of them on the underground. Well worth the visit, most visitors are local Mexicans. The park is just in from of Barcelo Complex. Please be aware of mosquitos!.

Our family loved this spot. 20 minutes from playa del carmen, easy to get to by collectivo. You get 5 cenotes plus an amazing underground cave system to swim through. Miguel our guide spoke english and Spanish and was excellent. Plus great meal included if you get the full package. We were lucky as got it at 50% off through our accommodation. Still natural, spend a full day there if you can.
