Very classy hotel. Awesome location, safe, secure. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean, staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and room service is pretty great as well! Great place to stay while spending a week in Mexico City!

Great experience. The staff were great and the room was fantastic. Not super close to the city center, but close to the financial district and chipultupec castle. They recently remodeled the hotel and the interior looks fantastic. The rooms were spacious and had great views. Ask for one overlooking the museum ( across the street).

Centrally located landmark with luxurious accommodations and local offerings. Large and well equipped rooms and suites to provide a comfortable rest after a long day, as well as excellent restaurants and entertainment. Premium Lounge is smaller than expected, but is never crowded, and the service of the staff makes up for it.

We'll located, except for traffic, in the hotel zone of Colonia Polanco. A Ritzy place with friendly, but a bit slow service. Nice cozy Lobby Bar for biz or fun, but took out piano that added class and recorded music wasn't my style. I'm have visited it for biz since opening 20 yrs or so ago and environment is nice. For locals, parking is outrageous, even at 50% off for those who pay for food or drink.

The location is perfect to go anywhere in the city, staff is so nice and polite! they really care about your needs. The rooms are comfortable and beauty. It was a really good experience and I 'll repeat it with no doubt. I highly recommend it.

I has a business meeting in the JW Marriot and the service was very good, the environment was appropiate with the rigth amount of noise to have a conversation. The price for mexican standards but normal for american standards.

The hotel is excellent and they make sure the rooms are clean and well stocked daily. I can't comment on price but quality wise this place is better than the Hyatt next door. I've stayed at both places recently.

Amazing hotel. It is truly a gem. Extremely courteous staff. I don't think I have ever received better service anywhere else. Everything was beautiful and the beds were perfect! I can't think of a single issue with my stay. Would highly recommend.

Nice place sunk in the arquitechture of last century with special amenities for business class. Maybe that's why it has a starbucks instead of a mexican coffee shop.

The room was spacious and had an awesome washroom with a big soaking tub in addition to the stand up shower. The pool is beautiful and there is a well-equip gym. With a shopping centre in walking distance, there are plenty of options for food and drink. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
