I recommend this hotel 100% my stay here was great the attention of the staff is great, they are nice, very helpful, the perfume at the lobby, the hotel is good connected, the food is great.

Bad service, bad rooms, bad WiFi, bad food, dirty, noisy, dark, cheap place, I guess you get exactly what you pay for :-(
Maintenance, cleaning and customer service don't seem to be part of their business

There was garbage inside the room when i first came in, there's Wi-Fi but really bad signal even on the first floor. Given the low price I'd say it's a good option for a brief stay

The place is outdated. There's no air conditioning. The elevator got stuck with people inside, 3 times while I was there. We had to climb the stairs because we were afraid to use the elevators. Also, we tried to exchange dollars for pesos, and they never had Mexican currency. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Muy bien cuidadas las instalaciones del hotel y las salas de eventos. El lugar es muy accesible por su ubicación. Durante todo el evento, el staff del hotel fue atento para asegurarse de que todo se desarrollara sin problema.

I have been in tgis hotel before, service was great, at this time everything is like 1 start hotel , recepcionist do not have any idea about customer service, they never smile, every time you have a question looks like you are bothering them. Our room has not been cleaned an is 5 pm when i calk front desk, the answer was that is not a,specific time to clean the room. We do not have toillet paper or water, they promese that as soon as we leave the room they will come an clean. It is véy sad i always enjoy this place.

The service is very great and most of the people who atend the hotel are very dedícate and thankful.The hotel is very clean and big.The rooms are some kind of small but the bar have a good service.They have and accesible price but the car parking is very expensive.
