Not a very nice enironment but as a business Hotel: What you see is what you get. Good service, breakfest, rooms and also a pool and a small fitness room with TV, Eliptical Trainer, Bike and 2 Treadmills.

Service is different than in the US, no shuttle from or to the airport. But personnel is very kind.

Friendly and very helpful staff. My room was much bigger than I expected. It was also very clean. I enjoyed my meals at the restaurant; breakfast, lunch, dinner Mexican food is great. The only watch out for this place is that due to traffic, it takes a while to get from the hotel to downtown so plan accordingly. Ideally it should take 35 minutes to get to downtown, but add another 30 minutes to maybe 45 minutes as buffer in the mornings. The hotel helped me get a 🚕 cab when I needed it. It's a very affordable place to stay if you want to avoid the over priced hotels close to downtown. On of the Better Holiday Inns I've stayed in so far.
It's was amusing being stared at haha. I guess the area isn't used to seeing black people lol.

It's very centered so you can travel several places in the city, food and service is really good. Internet service however is a little short for an expensive hotel.

I stayed here for a total of 6 months while doing some work in Mexico. The staff was helpful and provided us great service. We had one of the two bedroom suites and they were nice. Kitchen had working stove and they provided the dishes and helped cleanup as usual. The restaurant was nice with lots of buffet options and also the bar was great. Very mellow with a pool table upstairs.
