Location is unbeatable. Food is great. Waitress great. Counter service horrible. More than 1 hour to get you car from parking lot. Over the phone service for reservations couldn't be worse experience. Overpriced rooms. Installations very nice. Rooms are OK.

Booked one month in advance for a wedding we were attending. Once we arrived, we were sent to one of their sister hotels without being told, which was terrible and not what we reserved. We were also overcharged!!!. Also, the bride and groom that booked rooms one YEAR in advance had the same issue. Ridiculous hotel management, I’d never recommend this place.

Hotel Meson De Santa Rosa, woow I loved the hotel. is very CLEAN, the décor is really rustic ( which I love). The service is exceptional, they are very attentive and polite. They have a small restaurant. They serve really good breakfast, is a place you feel at home. Like a real Mexican home. My family and I felt part of the family, specially my parents who have been in the hotel several times. Employees greeted them with hugs. If you want to feel cozy this is the place to stay.

Id leave negative stars if possible. Had a reservation for my brothers wedding, only to be told a couple of months later that our reservation had been cancelled. At this time it was difficult to secure a reservation at another decent hotel. Groom and brides reservation was also cancelled, as was the rest of our families'. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISORGANIZED.

Great place to stay. Gorgeous rooms, very spacious. Close to Queretaro Centro.
The only downside is the noise coming from the street. Lots of music, cars, people. Stops at about 3AM.

Nice place but needs improvement. No hot water in the sink the first night and only lukewarm in the shower. TV never worked properly. Sent a salad back because the lettuce was rotten. The name has luxury in it and that's the only place you'll find it. Beautiful building.

Comida pésima, servida fría, porciones mínimas. Mi plato tenia unas almejas en mal estado. Lo unico bueno fue el servicio del mesero que hacia grandes esfuerzos por dar la cara de ese desastre de lugar. Los baños sucios y dañados. No lo recomendaría jamas y para colmo caro para el ofrecimiento.

Great enormous rooms, excellent service, beautiful building and perfect location. The only downside is that the area is very noisy. Expect loud music next door/downstairs until late night and early in the morning.
