  I love this hotel because it keeps this old fashion style about Mexican culture. You feel inside a old house with this beautiful architecture. Good service and near by touristic places.

  El día 8 de Mayo hable para solicitar reservación para el día de las madres ya que en su Facebook publicaron que había lugares disponibles.
  La primera llamada colgaron, volví a marcar y contesto un señor dejándome en espera un largo tiempo, después me dijo que el se comunicaba conmigo en un momento.
  
  Hasta el día de hoy (13 de mayo) sigo esperando la llamada. Tuvimos que cambiar los planes. Considero que es una falta de seriedad y de respeto a los clientes ya que al señor le importo poco no cumplir con lo dicho.
  
  Después de lo sucedido me quedo con una mala imagen y ya no tengo interés en conocer el lugar.

  Went to a networking event. Everything was perfect, from the meeting room to the amenities and food. If anything, the lack of A/C made the event a little warmer than it should have been, but not a real issue.

  Excellent value for price in perfect location. Nice colonial style rooms in 3 floor appartments. Friendly staff. Missed first night because of cancelled flight and did not have to pay for it!

  A fine example of not judging a book by its cover. Seen from the outside, one would never imagine such a comfortable setting in which to spend a few days in Queretaro. Adorned entirely with a rustic colonial decor the Meson de la Merced offered my family the most relaxing night we have had on our road trip across Mexico's bajio region. Large comfortable rooms in a beautiful colonial setting along with a great centric location make the Meson a must.
