Great view, very good service and food. Rooms are nice, but a little bit worn out.

They sneak in charges. I travel and stay here for work. They told me free breakfast and then charged my final bill for the breakfast. It's too bad, I rather enjoyed this place until management changed and tries to charge for everything possible. Will look elsewhere now.

Excellent location in a beautiful city. Staff is wonderful, very friendly. The accommodations are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend starting here.

Large clean modern rooms with great views of Querétaro! 4 stars because if your room is near the elevator you may be disturbed by a loud beep that happens each time a person walks on or off the elevator. Breakfast is good, but not cheap! 200 Pesos, if not included in your room rate; best to check that when booking. There is also a happy hour in the evening that could be included in your room rate where "free" drinks and food are served.

Room was large and comfortable, everything was clean. The view of the city is quite impressive. The only complaint would be that the artificial lighting in the room was somewhat inadequate.

Great and friendly staff, a little far from downtown and not the easiest to access from the road but the distance comes with a great view of the city. The rooms are modern and spacious.

Very nice hotel, the rooms are very clean and have a modern feel. The elevator is wonky and the floors are labeled reverse to what I am used to. My first room had a leak from the rain but the staff was quick to find me an alternate room.

The room was clean and confortable. It was ver y well furnished as well, and theres was a huge variety of toilrtries for specific trastes and purposes. The breakfast buffet was one of the better i've had and the view from anywhere un the hotel was impresive.

Went for a cup of coffee. View is very nice. You can see the whole city of Querétaro from the lounge. Service wasn't bad.

Good rooms, really bad service at the lobby. The girls workibg there hace ab angru face and were rude to us and more of the guests that arrived. We were a large group and they oversold or Lost some reservations and some people were left without rooms.
