  La hubucacion es excelente, habitaciones muy amblias y limpias, tengo la experiencia que el hotel ah recibido a estudiantes universitarios por viajes de estudios y los precios son excelente, la parte del serivio la mayoría de los colaboradores son muy amables, pero hay otros que aun les falta. Me gustaría que el hotel mostrara su mision, visión. Les daría un plus muy diferente a otros.

  Dirty and noisy hotel. There is a bar on the roof and you can hear the music from the room. It was dusty. The towels were old. The fan seemed like it was going to fall off, we had to turn it off. You can hear the noise from all the traffic outside. The only plus was the location and staff was friendly.

  Rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was kind and polite. But the food at the restaurant was not that good. I'd recommend staying there but eating there

  Visited this hotel for a family reunion. The hotel has a great location but the condition of the hotel is terrible. Upon arrival, the room was gross, hair was everywhere in Bathroom. The elevator only holds a capacity of five people. Everyone else has to take the steps.

  The hotel is located in Querétaro México, 5 minutes walk from the main square. The hotel has a gym and rooms with free Wi-FI. Rooms at hi hotel impala Querétaro have a private bathroom with a shower. Rooms have wonden floors and a fan.

  The rooms are good for me , the service is great and the location of the hotel is excelent because the downtown is close to the hotel, my experience there was great just the price of rent is a little expensive , the others things are ok .

  I liked a lot the hotel, it was very good and the sky bar is amazing, however the building is rather old.
