Located centrally on the edge of downtown, this hotel is fairly modern and very clean. It's not the biggest hotel, but there's a good amount rooms and the price is fairly affordable. There's 5 floors of rooms with a restaurant next to the lobby, plus a gift shop.
The room itself is nice, the bed is comfortable for the most part, the pillow alright, lighting okay, but also depending on which way the room faces, you could get more sunlight. There's a tv with a lot of channels, but they're all Spanish, you get a free bottle of water every day. You get soap, shampoo, and Kleenex. Air conditioning worked. The only thing was that they ignored the do not disturb sign, so I'm not sure what the point of it is if they're going to open the door no matter what, plus the extra lock is useless since they opened the door with it locked.
Around, in the immediate vicinity there's not much to eat, but if you walk a few more blocks there will be more options. Downtown is a long block north, the mall to the east, a Mercado to the northwest, and not much on the south side. The cross streets can be busy, and there's busses that run through the area/streetbut there's no information at the terminal/stops. Taxis are usually plentiful, as is uber.response / report this review -

The hotel was nice, our room was clean, and the price was good.
The lobby area was pretty and the front desk staff was helpful and welcoming. We used them to call cabs and for questions about things local.
They had free Wi-Fi, which was nice.
We didn't try the restaurant but walked through it and the food looked delicious. They offered a breakfast buffet for a reasonable price.
I hated the pillows, that's the only negative thing.response / report this review -

Rooms are super clean and comfortables however the Hotel needs to add to the rooms; sofa, mini-bar and work table.

It's a considerably affordable hotel, near Queretaros downtown, it is clean and the guest service is fine, it is not fancy but it works for sleeping, needless to Say beds are confortable

I stopped here because I was looking for a good parking near everything but I was forced to use the premises so I had lunch at the restaurant and it's hightly recommended. Excellent variety and service at a good price, very comfortable in airconditioning environment.

Nice place located nearby the center of Querétaro. It's location right in front of "La Alameda" on Bernardo Quintana Is a place with lot of access routes.
I'm here for Christmas and the bad thing is the lack of space on the parking lot. The place does not have enough space so it is a pain to park.
Services are good, plain, which makes a good place to sleep and start your tourist ventures earlier next day.response / report this review -
