This might be the cutest hotel I've ever stayed at. The staff is warm and friendly. The rooms are unique. The location is perfection.

This is a beautiful hotel. Wonderful peaceful setting away from the noise and bustle of Playa del Carmen.
Very friendly staff, good English, great tips for the area, some wonderful rooms, and all the little touches that make you feel welcome. Gabriel the chef is amazing!
It isn't cheap, but if you want to treat yourself to something nice, this is a great place to do it.response / report this review -

This hotel is part of the Starwood Design Hotels partnership. As a Starwood elite member I opted to stay here in place of the all-inclusive property in Playa Del Carmen. It was the best choice we could have made.
The hotel is located in Playa Del Carmen so you can walk to all the touristy activities that you want. The beach is 3 mins from the property at a slow walk and is one of the quite more relaxed beaches I've visited.
The staff at the hotel are truly what make this a great choice. They are full of recommendations to make the most of your time in Playa Del Carmen and they want to save you money. Our transfer was handled by the hotel and it was $100 usually something running between $125 and $200. Upon check-in they consolidated a split reservation and put us in the room I had requested. The food is amazing that they prepare and the environment relaxing and stress free
The only challenge we experienced in our stay was construction next door to the hotel which they disclosed upon making the reservation, but the hotel construction keeps the rooms quite and it really doesn't impact your rest I strongly recommend this hotel and the staff and look forward to Future visits.response / report this review -

Excelente atención, ubicación, limpieza y ambientación. El desayuno lo preparan en el momento para cada huésped. Conserva el estilo mexicano y brinda una excelente experiencia a quien lo visita.

Very charming Boutique Design Hotel in Playa del Carmen. Wonderful courtyard, garden & rooftop terrace. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

El suizo Alexis Schärer encontró su paraÃso junto a su esposa Angie RodrÃguez en Playa del Carmen. Y aquà idearon su hotel perfecto para compartir con todos nosotros. No le falta detalle.

Amazing boutique design hotel! Loved everything about this B&B and can only recommend it for those looking for something cozy and authentic. The staff is extremely friendly and forthcoming. The rooms are very clean and they also offer a delicious fresh breakfast made in an open kitchen in their stylish patio. I feel at home!
