A bit expensive. Beds are comfortable and staff is helpful and nice
Sylvia at the front desk spoke great English and helped me get oriented on my first day in Cancun. The room was well furnished and tidy. Close to the ADO bus station on a quiet street. Excellent value.
There staff is very polite and dedicated. Rooms are comfortable. Recommended but be aware that the nightly festival in the nearby park can be noisy depending on which side the the building the window faces.
Nice hotel run by very pleasant women. Continental breakfast is small and bland, however, and the dog(s) outside next door bark for hours during the night. Are there no laws against this noise in Mexico?
Great location to meet locals and try variety of Mexican food and snacks in walking distance. Also quite easy access to Hotel Zone by bus. Very nice staff. I like to thank Martha, Denise and the manager who were always available to help. The only downside is the breakfast. Overall, I liked it a lot.
Room is OK. Beds are rather comfortable (queen size though). Shower OK but not burning hot. Most of the electric plugs were not working and wifi was slow even at night. Price was cheap (just above 900 pesos) and it was good enough place to spend the night. ADO bus station is 7 minutes walk away.
Good location in the city center close to streetfood and restaurants. The rooms are new and pretty nice. The beach is a ~10 minute taxi ride away.
Good
Adorable and affordable. Great location, super nice staff and really clean room. Wish there was a microwave, but the beautiful property made up for it.
On the upper floors there is no internet as advertised and management could not care less after they have your money of course. Prior to getting your money in their tight fist, all the politeness vanished. Also my safe did not work. Do you think management cared? Of course not.
Very good position to know more of the Center part of the city
This place is very cute and comfortable. Would definitely visit again
