I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is friendly, accommodating, flexible, and clearly driven to ensure you have a great vacation. The rates make it a great value for the excellent location. We ordered dinner here many nights and had some excellent food delivered to our room or back porch. I would highly recommend this place to any friend, and have already done so twice on my first day back home.

We stayed a few houses up the beach and spent several hours sitting at The Beached Bikini, which is attached to Aquatech Villas. Carlos and Gabby there are great, drinks are strong and Ollie the month old goat is adorable. We also rented some snorkeling equipment from the dive shop there. It was affordable and an easy process. Though take ID if you're not staying at the hotel.

Aloha!

Been here a few days and entirely enamored with this place. The view is exquisite, even on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the worst) rating it a 10 somehow still feels like an injustice. You have to see it to believe it my friend, the beach here is like something straight out a movie! It's beautiful.

Perhaps the real treasure here are the people. The positive energy that emanates from this slice of paradise is intoxicating. It's enough to pierce through your armor and drop your wall like a full sack of bricks. Let the ocean sing you to sleep, the sand comfort your every step, and appreciate every smile - then watch as your troubles melt away like ice cream in the summer. That is the effect this place has.

I live in Austin, Texas and anytime people ask me how I like it I tell them I love it! but being here, at this place, has encouraged me to reevaluate. This your needle in the haystack, your diamond in the rough.

Come here, you'll be glad you did.

Only 1 AC in the beach front apartment n. 102, it is in the bed room right on your head, an old machine which makes a ridiculous noise blowing air with limited option to direct it. The roof fan in the br makes bit of noise too, it's has 1 speed only. Switching off everything you will hear the noise from other AC's guest (or whatever). Complaining about that the AC has been changed with another one…nothing changed. Beeing a beach front the humidity is very hight you'll deal with it. Cooking is a sauna.

The fan in the living room is 1 speed too, slower then in the br. Poor privacy since the beach door/window has no curtains so other guests laying 1m from your patio or anybody walking on the beach can make your business. The kitchen set up is ok but lack of basic amenities such a cavatappi or scolapasta.

Small, clean, with friendly staff. Direct beach access & a small bar. Good simple food. Wifi connection throughout the whole place including the beach.

Pretty close to the airport in Cancun. The rooms are nice but only the bedrooms have air conditioners. (The breeze from the ocean made up for the lack of this in our room though.) The maod service was also nice.

The best part about this place is the relative peace and quiet, plus the availability of spacious rooms right there on the beach. Great for families that don't want to spend a good chunk of their vacation packing up to get to/from the beach.

The beach itself is decent; the sand is great, and while the ocean floor is somewhat rocky near the shore, there is plenty of coral to explore further out.

The access road is absolutely terrible, and while the beach bar is respectable, restaurant options are limited, so you'll probably end up using that road quite a bit. Otherwise, what a great place!
