La reseña es enfocada al servicio de buffet, pocos platillos, sazón nada resaltablelo interesante es la máquina de waffles, pero solo eso, el precio es elevado para el servicio que ofrecen

Location Is near to all industry fields here in Querétaro. Room are confortable enough as well as food . It has pool , gym and services.

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed , they did not clean my room in one days of my stay, but my cell phone charger mysteriously despaired. Front desk personnel seems to be badly trained for their positions; this is a Hotel to provide services to people don’t care about quality.

This is a typical garden inn level property. The desk service is very engaging and helpful with a high level of English language skills. Breakfast is ok but the coffee was cold most mornings. I really liked the gym because it was well maintained and clean. All if the equipment was working. The shower in my room. Hathe rooms and hotel had some minor maintenance issues but overall it's a nice property.

It was such as pleasure to walk into a hotel in Mexico and have not one but two people at the front desk who spoke English. Being from Canada, it was a very frustrating journey in Mexico up to that point because we did not speak or understand Spanish (our fault). Ricardo at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He went way beyond the expectation and his job requirement and quickly put my husband and I at ease. All the rest of the staff we met during our stay were extremely friendly and happy, the room was very nice and very clean. Our over all experience at the Hilton was fantastic. We highly recommend staying at this hotel. We will always book with the Hilton from now on because of Ricardo.

They neglected to fix the shower head, lost power 3 times the first night and the coffee at the "breakfast" is horrid.

Hotel is in good condition, the rooms are clean and up to date. The hotel is located in a plaza so there's a few restaurants below and a large number of commercial complexes nearby. There's a small restaurant but we didn't eat there. The showerhead in our room was partially blocked with deposits. The AC worked great and the WiFi had no issues.

It is located in a small plaza (Jardines), where several small restaurants and pubs are visited mostly by young people.( Ignacio Zaragoza 99, Centro, 76180 Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. ) It is easy to reach by 45D Celaya-Queretaro Avenue. In Plaza Jardines you may find pizzas, beer, some traditional mexican dishes, hamburgers. I didn't visited the hotel's restaurant. The rooms are adequate for business people: bed, small desk, chair, illumination, bathroom, cleaning is ok, WiFi, air conditioning. I didn't check if pool and gym were available. The parking is shared with the small plaza, where everybody leaves their cars. I would use it again.
