Horrible noisy and dirty experience. The manager was extremely apathetic. Dirty bed cloth, dirty bathroom, old towels, etc

Excelent front desk service. The General Manager Adrián, and the the Sales Manager Karla are very accesible and they really put the client first. They are all about the traveller and they go out of their ways to meet your needs.
They can call you a taxi, book you a tour, give you good information about the city, etc. There are more Boutique hotels in the historic center, we visited four of them and we believe this is one of the best ones. Others are more expensive and the service is not any better than La Hija del Alfarero.
This hotel is not very big but it has a very nice environment. There are a few places where you can sit and read a book or drink your coffee.
The location is perfect: we found everything we needed for our business trip: restaurants, office supplies, a laundry, a great bakery, two pharmacies and even a small clinic! All of that and more within walking distance.
The rooms are very quiet for a main street hotel, they are spacious, they there´s a table and chairs in every room, they have good storage space for clothes and stauff and, especially, they are very clean!

Excelente hotel, la habitación que tuve estaba bonita, muy limpia y todo perfecto. El personal es muy amable, quizá el único punto negativo que podría darle, es que no tienen estacionamiento ahí mismo, el que tienen esta a unas dos cuadras, pero no es algo terrible, solo siento que no es muy conveniente. Lejos de todo eso, es un lugar muy agradable, con persona muy atento y muy a gusto. Lo puedo recomendar ampliamente.

From the moment we arrived, after midnight following a 16-hour travel day, we were welcome, comfortable and accommodated in all regards. The hotel is newly decorated, clean and beautiful with historical touches and modern finishes. The service is the best I've ever had and the location is perfect for walking to all points of interest in Queretaro's historical district. Plenty of nightlife, museums, cathedrals, plazas - the most beautiful city in Mexico. We will be back next year.

My husband & I spent 8 days at this hotel. The location couldn't be better. Walking distance to many lovely municipal gardens and historic churches, as well as convenient shopping and many restaurants. The hotel itself has a restaurant, as well, which we took advantage of on most days. The restaurant staff and the dishes we ordered were sublime. Delicious food, beautifully presented by the most friendly and accommodating staff. The staff of the hotel was perfect, from the cleaning staff to the manager. The hotel is super clean, incredibly charming and extremely comfortable, not to mention ridiculously affordable. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I will definitely be back.
