Hotel Señorial is in the heart the downtown historic district of Querétaro But what it gains in location it loses in lack of services. I've stayed in 4 rooms in this hotel. Each had a problem compelling me to request a different room. One is very hot and the portable fan is loud and unhelpful. Another has a ceiling fan that doesn't work and the water pressure in the shower is low. In one room the wifi and phone service have no signal at all. And another room is infested with roaches. In every room getting the TV to work was a challenge. I changed rooms with ease but it was frustrating to discover problems in every room. There are no Do-not-disturb signs. So if you sleep in the cleaners will knock on your door and ask you what time you are leaving your room. It is cleaned every day and everything is replaced, including the freshly opened soap and shampoo and all towels and sheets. It's very wasteful. There are no ice machines so you have to ask the kitchen for ice.

If they give you a room in the last floor you will try problems to sleep because there is a strong noise that will makes you be scared. Be careful

Excellent location , big parking, restaurant with Mexican food, the personal at the hotel very nice, the rooms are clean and the atmosphere is great 👍🏽 like it
