The location is convenient, close to the downtown and the main avenue. The rooms are clean and comfortable, excellent service. Some other things that they can improve is the lack of mats on the shower and there is no valet parking o the nights

Regular. Good to spend a night or two. The buffet breakfast offers many choices. However, the waitress served our toddler son with food she chose for him, while we were not at the table without asking us (the parents) for permission. That made us very uncomfortable.

It's very nice to have a dinner in Fiesta Inn Tuxtla Gutierrez, once I sleep in the hotel and the rooms are so comfortable, the air conditional, the bathroom very clean, nice beds. The service it's excellent at the lobby, in the restaurant, very delicious breakfasts and dinners, also the drinks and the coffe too. And the location is very nice, there are so many places around it, it doesn't take to much to arrive to someplace, very well located.
