Excellent hotel with really good service. Food is delicious and definitely I consider this hotel the best option in Tuxtla Gutierrez. We've been traveling to Chiapas for a long time and stayed in this hotel many many times and every time my appreciation is that it gets better and better. The pool is really nice. The open lobby and restaurant is awesome! I really recommend this hotel. Chiapas is the best place in the whole world!

This place had his golden times. Now needs a little bit of work. I will called a four stars hotel rather than a five. Is on a small hill, around two blocks away from a shopping mall, is safe and employees are good. I will go back if I need to.

Very high quality hotel with a lot of amenities and comfortable rooms. We stayed in the executive floor and had a wonderful experience. The staff treated us very well and explained everything we needed to know about our stay there.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The curtains let in no light and the bed and pillows were comfortable so sleeping was no problem. The bathroom was clean and spacious.
We also had access to the M club lounge and had complimentary breakfast and snacks throughout the day. Breakfast was good and there was a large variety of foods. After noon there were dessert plates set out to eat. And they had beer, champagne, and soda to drink as well.
We weren't able to use the hotel pool or entertainment area because of the weather but they were very clean and kept well. The area the hotel is in is also nice. Close to the Crystal Plaza and several restaurants as well as being on the main boulevard.
In all, we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again. The entire hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.response / report this review -

Price / quality too high.
Beds too old and way too soft. Very noisy rooms (isolation from highway noise not good enough). Restaurant good. Pool looks good from far away but much worse than the one in Hyatt villahermosa (hyatt was 20% less expensive). Personel with very good skills.

No English at all. Strange for an international hotel chain. Don't choose the hotel for its pool because the pool is in the inner courtyard of the hotel, which means there is no sun from 14h
When you book a taxi to the airport, be prepared to be transferred to 5 different employees to arrange this request.
