Great location, in the center, close to Parque de marimba and its noght food stalls. Good breakfast, everything just fine. Parking is not on the premises, couple blocks away. Wifi is working well. Would stay there again!

The hotel is well located, close to downtown. The staff is very friendly. The parking is free but located two blocks away from the hotel. The rooms are quite small and lack of privacy.

First of all the room has a funny smell. After 10 min you will get use to it. If you have a baby or a toddler i don't recommend you this hotel. It doesn't have hot water. The air conditioner is to good. Breakfast is good that all.

Es barato, el baño no tiene extractor de aire, cada vez que usas el lavabo sale un olor a humedad o drenaje, te ofrecen guia turista pero mas bien es chofer particular y se paga en efectivo. ? usamos xpedia para reservar el cuarto, por ello el desayuno no estaba incluido. nos llamaron un taxi supuestamente del aeropuerto $$ pero mas bien parecia un carro particular.
You get what you pay, there's a smell every time you turn the water on the sink, sewer system?, no exhaust fans in bathroom, they offer tour guide but really is just a choffer and you must pay cash. ? the food is included depending on the agency you use to book the room. they called a "airport taxi" for us supposedly, $$ but it was just a regular driver, nothing to do with the airport.

Merida is a very quaint city it's very clean, very low on crime and the people are super nice. Hanging out in the early evening till 8:30ish or so you will always find something to do. The hotel will surprise you, the staff creates funny little animals and characters out of the towelstrust me you will laugh at some of them. The staff is very nice about service and helping you find something to do. The pool and bar areas are great even the court yard to just relax with a book by the fountain. You'll love staying here then why not an excellent review well its very old and not all the amenities you would like as a traveller are there, but the A/C works great, however the Water is NOT filtered, so stick with bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.
