  Nice modern room and facilities. Very close to the local indoor mall and several restaurants. The bar downstairs was excellent and friendly. Only marked off a star for the very very loud air conditioning unit in our room (loud enough to make it difficult to hear the television at normal volume).

  Put some family up here on my last trip down to TG. Nice hotel in keeping with Hilton standards, but with exceptional personal service one comes to expect from Mexico. Hilton should send all of their US service staff down for training. It is centrally located but quiet. Pretty entry with prompt service at the door and front desk.

  Staff us very friendly and speaks English very well. The breakfast was fresh and all you can eat. EXCELLENT!!!

  It is a nice place to stay, it is cleaned, the service is excellent, the rooms are spacious and it has a convention center,but I think that the prices could be a bit cheaper.

  Friendly staff and overall nice facilities.
  Restaurant is not great. Location is convenient. The entrance is through a side street and not the main avenue.
