No kingsize bed, no fridge. Pool could be cleaner. Nice garden. 3 stars es well for the food in the Restaurant.

Beautiful hotel which does has its own style and character. Its not like any other hilton / schmilton which looks like a copy of the previous one.

Clean rooms and beautiful outdoor plaza. The pool was also incredibly nice when the day got over a hundred degrees.

I was hesitant based upon some of the reviews, but found this to be a perfect place to stay for our visit to Chiapa de Corzo and Sumidero Canyon. The rooms were clean and the AC worked well. The hotel was safe. The town was safe. I would recommend staying here. I had booked a room at the marriott but I am glad I chose to stay here as it was more authentic feeling. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant was good.
