I left my heart in Isla mujeres

    Louisa and Madonna stole it!

Incredible, once in a lifetime experience. The trainer and dolphin had an amazing connection.

My only regret was not getting a high five from Madonna.

My wife and I had a great time. The VIP experience was worth the upgrade for the lounges and buffet lunch. We got a package that included all sorts of interactions with two dolphins. I was impressed with the whole operation. I can't post a photo because you can't take your own pictures in the dolphin area.

This place is amazing. All their stuff is great. Facilities are great. I don't have even one complaint. Wait a minute their pics are pricey but worth the price.

Experience was 5 stars, customer service 2 stars so i give this place an over all 4 stars. The employee with the dolphin encounter was not nearly as good as the employees at the sea lion/manatee encounters, and the photograph counter cheated us from a photo holder which made us mad considering how much we paid. You were able to get a good price from the golf carts which was great. It was an amazing experience to tour the island after spending time with these wonderful sea creatures.

My daughter really enjoyed swimming with the Dolphins. I noticed another review thought it was expensive? I thought it was a great deal and value if you looked at the same experience in Florida or elsewhere. Was also impressed with the quality of the Buffet. Will be back soon as my other daughter and son now want the experience. Great place!

Well worth the $$ for the dolphin swim itself. Don't get too excited about the included lunch, but the drinks were nice! Be prepared for the usual theme park photo album hard-sell for extra money.

We spent the afternoon there and camped out on the sundeck after our swim

Lovely island, shame the animals that live are so obviously captive but they're treated with respect.
VIP area was available and food was nice. Lockers and showers easily available.
The manatees where my favourite so huge and yet so gentle.

My daughter and I and her boyfriend had a great time here. We really enjoyed the Dolphins. Be sure to also check out the sea lions, manatees and sharks!

Excellent experience withe dolphins. If you do the VIP booking it’s fantastic, they chase you with very cold Morgan’s spiced rum , coke and ice.
Very good day out, I don’t even like the water

Great to meet Dolphins but our guide gave the tour in Spanish. If you don't understand Spanish. You'll pay 100 plus dollars and not learn anything. Oh cameras even water camera not allowed. If you want a picture of your experience pay 37 per photo. Ridiculous

Mostly fun experience but won't ever do it again. Dolphins are mine and my husbands favorite animal and we selfishly yet reluctantly decided to do this excursion. Really feel morally wrong to support any company who controls wild healthy animals for entertainment purposes. One of our 2 dolphins started misbehaving to show his disapproval. The trainer stopped including him and giving him fish because he swam away for a few minutes to go flirt with another dolphin. This only increased the dolphins dissatisfaction. I understand the training reasoning behind what the trainer did, and the trainers here do really care for the dolphins (but money speaks, this is their job) however, when an animal starts retaliating and showing they are unhappy through their behavior this was just a disturbing dose of reality for me. Why is my entertainment more important than this animals free life in the wild. It isn't.

If you do go here and want to leave the center to explore the island, either take a taxi or wear and bring high deet bug spray. I got over 15 mosquito bites in our less than 10 minute walk outside of the center.

Ecological friendly park, they have a maternity ward for the dolphins. You can also get in the water with the manatees and seals. The staff are very knowledgeable and tell you all about each species they have there. Lovely and clean too.

Far too expensive. Although the trucks are good with dolphins. I found it very disappointing because of the lack of co-ordination once you get off the boat. Also we are not to take pictures with dolphins as phones are not allowed yet staff on the boat are trying to sell you waterproof pockets for your phone. I mean what's the point. The staff also try and get you to upgrade and are very pushy about that. Then when you arrive at the island there is no beach like one would expect. You have to pay for a tour round the island to get that. All In al a very expensive experience but I did love the the swim with dolphin.

Dolphin discovery is like most "amusement parks" here; beautifully presented and overpriced. The staff is friendly but can be pushy when it comes to upgrading your package or purchasing of pictures.

The overall show with the animals was very enjoyable and met all my expectations. Some trainers are great about giving information on the species, while others just make them do tricks.

No cameras are allowed, so you cannot take your own pictures, which is a shame because pictures there cost an arm and a leg.

It was a wonderful experience to be with the dolphins. You get to touch them and share a kiss. They're very gentle

Fun for families. Animals were treated well in the public eye. Staff was very unorganized with being on time to shows which overlapped into other shows so we didn't get to see the sharks or stingrays. Also unorganized with directing people in where to go when it came to swim with the dolphins

It was very good, lot's of fun, but they push very hard for you to pay a LOT more for pictures, what they should do is simply charge an extra $50 and incorporate it in, who is going to pay $100 USD for 10 pictures?
