Entertaining, service very good but food really not very good, just basic buffet food. It runs too long & no time to just relax to enjoy the viewthey direct you the entire time to be involved.

Dont waste your money. The food was not that great. The show was ok but it was too long. For 4 hours watchin them make tourists dance and the rockin of the boat was enough to get a few people sea sick. The next day we all were on the toilets and no we didnt drink.

We had a blast aboard the captain hook dinner show! We brought our 5 year old and it was his favorite part of our whole entire trip. It was a little over an hour from our riviera maya resort, but we added transportation to our package and it was very reasonable. Both my husband and I had the steak (it was 2 for the price of 1 on the website, and our son was free!) After dock fee ($14 each adult) it came to $135 for all of us with transportation. Our dinner was delicious! For kids they had chicken nuggets and hot dogs on the buffet. The show was awesome and very entertaining. We were on captain hook's ship and thought that it was very kid friendly. They even had a treasure hunt for them! I was so nervous after reading other reviews about it being a "booze cruise" but I was pleasantly surprised. We did not have any unpleasant drunk people on ours, and everyone was very friendly! our son stayed awake the whole entire time which is practically a miracle. He can't stop talking about captain hook and the fight between the other boat. It was an overall fun time for all of us. I would definitely do it again!
The only cons I can think of:
1. The music was pretty loud, so if you have very young children you should bring along ear plugs.
2. They do ask for tips multiple times which I cannot stand. But ultimately it's up to you if you want to tip or not.response / report this review -

Excellent entertainment we were on the Jack Sparrow ship , very good English spoken crew were polite and helpful. Food was good and the show out at sea was great, no excellent. Would recommend to anyone. Well done👍👍

This is horrible!!! It is NOT A FAMILY SHOW!!!! The food was decent but don't waste your money on the lobster because it's a ripp off for the price very very small!. If you want a BOOZE CRUISE then take this tour. NOT appropriate for small children! Alcohol flows feely for the first 2 hours to get you boozed up and it continues all night! They don't provide bottled water. The tour company told me this tour was 3 hours it was more like 4.5 hours. we waited almost 3 hours before we were served dinner. The battle between ships was cool. Just beware this tour.is geared more towards adults and we had a small child with us and that was our mistake. Lesson learned!!! I completed the comment form at the end and a family member of mine saw the crew member read it and then he crumpled it up and tossed it!!! So it was not able to be read by the tour company!!!

Food is really good and the show is ok, they need to improve the English conversation and why am I leaving 2 starts?, because the faces of the crew when I was with my male friend they thought we were gay although we aren't, they should not make those kind of expressions it's discriminatory

We were on Jack Sparrows ship, very entertaining. The surf n turf buffet is brilliant, super large portions so make sure you're hungry when you arrive.
