  We rented 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella for 200 pescos for all day and bought one beer but our cabana boy Enrique was so attentive and always checked on us and was there whenever we needed anything. We did not order food and they didn't have cocktails we had to buy those from the nearby bar on the playa da tortugas dock, which are 10 dollars for about 48 oz.
