Had a wonderful time just watching the Dolphins interact with people. Honestly they do seem happy!

It’s nice to just watch the dolphins interact with people. Restrooms and food is next to the water.

Nice place to swim with the dolphins. First of all, it is close to the cruise ternimal. And second of all - it is cheaper than in other places. If you dont want to pay - you can always watch the dolphins for free. That what I actually did. There are also a lot of bars where you can taste real mexican food and drinks. And you can swim in the pool by this area. There are also pink flamingos and beautiful parrots you can see for free.

A horrible case of animal abuse is going on here. The pool is nowhere near appropriately sized for dolphins, ignoring the fact that they shouldn't be held captive at all let alone be used for "rides". These intelligent creatures deserve so much better than to sit around in a filthy kiddie pool waiting for the next fat drunken tourist to ride them. Shame on this company for exploiting wildlife and shame on anyone and everyone who patrons this business. How any of you sleep soundly at night is beyond me.

Had a wonderful experience at the turtle farm. Also friends attended the dolphin discovery and found that most fascinating

Always cool to swim with dolphins but this enclosure was small. Smaller than you'd think was ok for the dolphins.

Adorable dolphins! I didn't get the chance to swim with them :-( the site was simply beautiful though! My only complaint is that I was told I couldn't take pictures of them in one section but I could take them just a little distance from where I was already standing. How does that make sense!? I wasn't over the line at all, just on the opposite side of where they wanted me taking pictures. There weren't even any signs up regarding it. I took this picture while visiting the aviary there. If you visit the Costa Maya pier, you should check both of these places out!

We went to Dolphin Discovery based on the suggestion from our hotel. We went on a none cruise ship day and were the only ones during our time slot. Myself and my girlfriend had a great experience. This was in part to the trainer Kevin and the photographer Javier Martin aka el tigre. Kevin gave lessons about folphins while in the water and this was worth while. Javier was amazing and told us what to do in the water and helped us pick out our photography package. The prices are cheaper than most places and the staff is super friendly. We purchased the most expensive package with two dolphins. I would highly suggest doing this on your next trip to mahahaul.

Really enjoyed myself here. I liked it better than Cozumel. Wish I had more time to stay and enjoy.

Not the best experience of swimming with dolphins. Only interested in taking our money. Discovery in florida far better.

Had a fantastic time with our dolohin experience. Our guide was helpful, friendly, and interacted wonderfully with our dolphin, Melinche. Do not do this excursion if you intend on buying those photos they took! Have someone observing take pics for you. To get the pictures for my family of 3 it was 180.00! That is absurd and insane!! I ended up buying 3 pics for 80.00 because I didnt want my kids to miss out on at least one awesome pic of the adventure. So many great pics we left without because I was not paying almost what I paid for the excursion for the photos. Then the lady in the shop asked me if I wanted to buy a souveneir! LOL Ummmmm, after the price gauging on the pics there was no way I would even entertain the idea!

Still being built out. Good restaurants, but everything is way too expensive. $9 for chips and salsa. $4 for half liter coke. Get out of the complex as soon as you dock.
