  My two kids needed to complete their PADI open water certification and we ended up at Dive Shop Mexico. Natalia, helped with all the logistics and Danny was our instructor. Great service, super professional, all the kit worked great. If winds close out an ocean dive, and they offer a Cenote alternative, take it. Absolutely incredible. Thanks Danny & Natalia, we had a great time.

  Must dive cenote with Dive Shop Mexico! Natalia and her sleepy dogs are so friendly. The DSM staff are really fun to dive with. Thank you for the memories! Will return to dive again!

  Very good experience .My diving fellow friends in Canada highly recommend Natalia and her dive shop Mexico . She and her diving Masters are all very professional .Bull Shark diving is my favorite. .I highly recommend this diving shop . Natalia is a very friendly lady .She always try the best to fit you in . The price is very reasonable . They put your safety first . Thank you Natalia and the 3 Diving masters.(Sorry I forgot your names).

  Dive Shop Mexico is fantastic. I’ve been a diver with my husband over the last 45 years and we have dived throughout the world from the Galapagoes to the California Kelp forests, Red Sea, Hawaii, Caymans, Bonaire, Roatan Honduras, Tihiti, Cozumel, Florida and some places I’ve probably forgotten. Earnesto was the best dive instructor I’ve ever seen. I took my almost 14 year-old fraternal twin granddaughters to be Padi certified while we were in Play Del Carman. The course was intense and prepared the girls to be safe divers. Natalia, owner of the dive shop, instructed the girls on the classroom work including how to compute safe dives using the dive tables. Both girls passed the final exam without any help. Earnesto was meticulous in preparing the girls first in the pool and then testing them in the open water dives. He never moved on to the next skill until the girls correctly performed each skill from removing their masks and BC's underwater to achieving neutral buoyancy.   Loved our reef adventure! We didnt see any sharks, but we did see turtles, puff fish, eels, clown fish Ernesto was a very patient teacher and Natalie was very friendly and accommodating. Perfect honey moon adventure!

  Excellent service very professional. We went on a cenote dive with these guys fantastic. Highly recommend them. Other places might be cheaper but you want get the quality.

  For People Who are a little scared with Diving: don't be! Go to Nathalia(owner) and she will comfort you. She lives by the thought that every dive expierience has to be fun! They don't rush you and give you the time you need.

  Before I went to Mexico I Googled Dive Shop Mexico, wrote a simple email with some enquiries and got quick, straight answer. When I arrived to shop itself I was warmly welcomed. I had a really nice chat with Natalia and explained what I'm expecting. She checked qualifications, advised on dives I wanted to do and made suggestion what else I might like. Natalia is very professional and will go and extra mile to make sure you'll get the best experience and you'll be satisfied. She will explain everything in detail (even she'll draw you some we maps). Natalia is very honest and sincere person. I've left my diving socks and a top in her shop and on my last trip to swim with Whale Sharks, she sent my stuff with other couple to give it back to me. Maybe for some people it's not much but for me meant a lot ❤❤❤
  The guides are professional, nice,friendly and helpful at all times.
  
  A wee Tip: the more dives you book the more discount you'll get ;-)
  
  Worth going and coming back
