When they say "Only the best of Cozumel", they aren't lying. Absolutely first rate operation. I've been here several times over the years and they never fail to impress. A little more expensive than other operations, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

We had Rich, Adrienne, Miguel, and Jorge as our dive masters. All were absolutely amazing along with the captains. Highly recommend.

These guys and gals have been great! Every single person that works here is friendly and cares about your safety and making sure you have a good time! They pick you up from your hotel dock if you have one so it makes it so you don't have to drive anywhere! Just walk outside and you are on your way. Would recommend this place 10 times out 10!

We went diving as a family of 4 over Thanksgiving. We rented full equipment. The dive shop equipment was all very good condition. The personal attention from the guide and boat driver was fantastic. The two dives were very good with a lot to see. The diver to guide ratio was fantastic for our family. Only one negative experience that keeps it from a 5 star. We paid a deposit up front via credit card. They recommended paying in cash to avoid credit card fees. I am ok with that. I did not pay close attention to bill. After the fact I went back and checked pricing versus what was quoted. I first thought they did not apply the deposit, but later figured out the price had changed. After multiple email exchanges with the dive, I did not get resolution. I would recommend using Aldora, just be sure they charge correctly. I don't believe solving the discrepancy afterwards will get resolution. Check your pricing and have correct change if you are paying cash, they were not able to make change in US dollars.

Wonderful dives and no complaints. First time diving with steel tanks, and enjoyed the extra bottom timeaccounted for the extra nitrogen with a longer surface interval at the beach so be prepared for that. Book in advance whoever you choose to go with- we dove with scubatony later in the week due to availability, and also received a wonderful experience with them, although with less bottom time compared to aldora.

Save your money and go somewhere else. We started diving with Blue Angel and the treatment was better and no hassle. In order to get what you want with aldora they seem like they want you to beg them.
They lost our business when we asked for the night dive and they said they require 4 divers we were 3 divers and for not having the fourth diver it would be over 380 extra to compensate the missing diver plus the 96 for each diver.
I talked to the girl spanish and English we decided to close account. Blue Angel was great the next night we got our night dive and with 3 divers only.
Aldora could have simply said we don't like doing night dives and for that reason I am overpriving you so you can leave our dive operation.
Go somewhere else customer service is priority I don't know how they get 4.9 rating but they aren't great. As I said blue Angel attended us better even brought complimentary fruit and corn bread on surface interval. And our dive time was just as long as aldora because once you run low on air everyone starts ascending so why be more heavy just stick to al80 get the same amount of time.
We did devil's throat with aldora n it was go in and out within 40 min rushed dive.We did it with Blue Angel and it was nice easy and relax the divemaster just let us know to pay close attention to dive watch and we will be fine and airconsuption he would check everyone was find. Amazing. Simply the best dive shop on the island. Best customer service and knowledgeable staff. The dive masters are so patient with everyone, even new divers. Dive masters know great swim throughs and know where to look for certain marine life that you want to see. Small groups make all the difference. Bottom times are up to 70 minutes which is fantastic. Everything about this dive shop is top notch. Highly recommended.

Had a great experience with Aldora Divers over a two week period in April. I picked them because they seemed to cater to an advanced diver, and sure enough, they came through. My dives easily averaged over 75-90 minutes each, I was grouped with other divers of similar experience and capabilities, and the diver groups were usually 5-7 per boat. Excellent!!
The boat captains, Alex and Martin, were professional, and always on time, and the divemaster I had for all my dives, Sherif, was amazing! Professional, knowledgable, always willing to teach/show us something new. He went out of his way to make the dives as good as they could be. My hat's off to him for making the trip a great one. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aldora for my Cozumel diving needs in the future.response / report this review -

Great driver operation. Dive Masters are friendly and knowledgeable. They make a serious effort to match divers of similar skills. They try and give you plenty of time underwater. They have 6 boats and will pick you up. If for conditions don't let them dock at the Villa they will pay for a can to take you back.

Best operation on the island. Small groups with skills matched, excellent DMs and great shop staff. They looked after my GF with an excellent Discover Scuba dive which has her a little hooked.

Professional and polite staff. While many of the DM's spoke little english, their expertise and skill made the outing safe and fun.
Would highly recommend this shop for beginners or seasoned divers. Even when one of our group ran dangerously low on O2, the instructors did not hesitate to share air (pictured below) and maintain a safe environment.
The dive sites we were taken too were both breathtaking and unique; keep up the good work.response / report this review -
