Employees representing Diamante Cabo San Lucas resort are thiefs. We reserved a trip with them at one of their booths in San Lucas, we paid deposit. Then, our reservation was not accepted the time of the event and employee who sold it to us named Jesus Uribe ( 656- 235-4523 ) would not pick up his phone to explain himself. Then, his co-worked Fernando, said they will reach Jesus and reyurn us deposit the next day. That did not happen. Then, Fernando gave us his supervisor name, who too said he cannot find Jesus and he will "not pay for his employee mistakes". The company is a bunch of crooks, DO NOT do business with them.

We are owners at Diamante at the Presidential Penthouse two bedroom suite level.. This is the second year we have been unable to use our time because they have oversold the few properties available. Buyer beware. They are not easy to work with and are not that forthcoming when working with their owners. We sent in our request at 12:29am 12 months before we hoped to schedule our trip and we were too late. How can that be?

As an owner I've become very disappointed with this property. The construction is still going on for what seems years and most of the roads are still dirt. It's located pretty far from town and there is nothing really close by. The rooms don't seem as luxury as advertised but I haven't stayed in a villa yet. The lagoon is nice but very far from the beach. My main problem is with the staff and the treatment of my family, they are not a fan of black people. Talking to the sales staff I think the property must be in the red and they have over sold units they don't even have yet. Although ever single sales person lied to me in some way so that could of been a lie to. The golf was nice but over priced and the caddy we paid for ditched us. I'll be back only because I own a time-share here, uh.

This property in incredible. The lagoon has so many water activities - paddle board, stand up paddling, beach volleyball, plus a kids club with tons of activities! Uber private location which is perfect for relaxation. This is the type of resort that you literally wouldn't want to leave.

Absolutely a gorgeous destination spot. Very peaceful, relaxing and fun. Cabo isn't far away and the service is spectacular. Memories I'll never forget!

This Cabo resort is exceptional. All staff members were very attentive and friendly. Your room gets cleaned daily. And their restaurant food/ drinks were awesome.

Members only club with Tiger Woods and Davis Love designed golf courses. Sits on Pacific side of Baja Peninsula so riptides prevent ocean swimming, but there is a manmade lagoon, over 10 acres with swimming, paddle boats, kayaks. Smaller pool and hot tub feature a swim up bar which is currently closed for renovations due to Hurricane Lidia. Normally this is a 5* resort, downgraded due to amenities closed for repairs.

There are two ways to look at this. if you're coming here for free, because someone captured you to listen to a timeshare pitch, that you have no interest in buying anyway, you will probably write a negative review about some piece of the pitch. However, if you set aside the sales pitch, this is an up-and-coming spectacular property. there are only five or six lagoons like this in the world. ( including Dubai United Emirates.) it's not really far from the airport with a new highway, the golf courses are spectacular, with much more growth going on.

I can only rate the timeshare sales experience, location, and fish tacos. For a desert resort what they have built and have planned are great. A bit far out for my liking. The 10 acre pool complete with a kayaking area looks spectacular. Villas look great but over priced. The sales team, and you will one by one meet most of them, are a very high pressured group. We lost an entire day between travel to location and 6 plus hour sales routine. Difficult to get away from.

This place is great if you are an avid golfer with money to burn and don't care about experiencing Cabo. Booked on exit program where the world was promised and then arrived to see it not delivered. Everything cost, a lot, for non owners. You think on a trial week they'd try to impress. The grounds were okay, much more beauty in town for my tastes. We had a 1.5 hour wait to get sheets changed when we had dead bugs in our room. Not a single apology. Wanted to spend the trip kayaking and horse back riding (which were sold as free) but they ended up not being so nope. Showers that spray water everywhere because no door and poor design, bathroom windows that have to be opened go straight from shower to main hallway. Pull out bed made of tin foil and rocks. Windows that let in blinding hall lights at all times. We had a running joke about the master planner (their selling point). Our concierge (Martin) and the pool are the only things keeping this from a 1 star.

Absolutely gorgeous in regards to completed construction. However, staff organization is unfortunate in my personal experience. Your mileage may vary. Found dead insects in bed, which can happen I suppose. However, it took an hour and a half (not exaggerating) to get sheets to change the bedding. First call was placed, half hour passed. Second call was placed, they forgot the first call and then another half hour passed. Finally visited the lobby directly and then a bit later someone arrived and got it addressed. Again however, the completed landscaping is absolutely beautiful though.

Over promised, under delivered. We were offered a timeshare tour for today where we were promised $300 resort credits initially. Once we arrived for the tour they reneged the offer and dropped it to $150. We refused to take the tour. If they are making promises and not following through, that makes it hard to trust a company that is trying to get you to commit your hard earned money for their property. If they are making these transgressions now I suspect to run into transgressions in the future. Not acceptable, be leary and don't come here for a timeshare presentation. We went to SolMar instead and they delivered on all of their promises, go there instead.

Unfinished property shows a lot of promise. If you could spend time without owning on the property, it may make it more attractive. Very nice people and beautiful place.

High pressure, high price, low customer service and poor quality. This place is not worth the money nor the time to view. Plenty of other great properties in Cabo with better amenities and in better areas. Quivira is a few notches ahead of Diamante and at a much more reasonable price. Don't get caught up in their tactics here!

The entire property (73 Sunset Hills) is beautiful. The pool and hot tub with jacuzzi are great, both heat up fairly quickly. The concierge and staff of Diamante are extremely helpful and many are fluent in English. My family reunion at the resort has been a fantastic time!
