Excellent hotel off the beaten path along the marina. Not walking distance to town but if you want a quiet, secluded resting spot this is the place. Contemporary vibe with sweeping ocean views. Friendly staff, great drinks, nice rooms.

Friendly staff, beautiful and relaxing location. Loved the hotel hospitality - greeted with a drink and received evening cookie delivery to your room. Beautiful views from rooftop bar and enjoyed doing an art walk around the hotel.

Great location off the marina in San Jose del Cabo. Cool vibe but overpriced. The rooms are comfortable, most have great ocean views.
It is nicely decorated in the trendy minimalist-modern style, but the industrial element on top of the "outside-the-lines" art work smattered about the property can feel like it's trying a little too hard at times; possibly an attempt to distract patrons from dwelling on how the hotel justifies charging overly high rates when compared to several other good hotels in town.

Very high end hotel conveniently located at the Marina.The majority of the rooms have ocean view and are very tastefully decorated. Staff was very nice and pleasant to deal with.

Hotel El Ganzo is a beautifully unique boutique hotel. The art, rooms, rooftop, amenities are all incredible. The staff is sweet & helpful (although not all speak english). Recommend for any/all adults looking for a relaxing, fun getaway. Going back next month!

They have like their own private beach with a restaurant and bar. Own beach chairs and towels

I didn't stay at the hotel but the restaurant was THE WORST dining experience I've ever had. They had run out of 2/3 of the menu - this was a Saturday night at 7pm so what gives? - and served frozen veg medley (!) on the side of the $30 fish. Um, no. Also was served a corked wine and the bartender had no idea was types of beer they had in tap from the local brewery.

It's the perfect place for a quiet vacation. The only thing that I found difficult is that there aren't many options for walkable local restaurants and eating at the hotel can get old after a while, but the hotel is so beautiful and perfect in so many ways that it still gets a 5 star rating from me. The beach is amazing and I highly suggest bringing a great book to read and laying in one of four hammocks they have available. Rejuvenated and relaxed is how you will leave Hotel El Ganzo.

I loved Hotel El Ganzo. The intimate number of rooms, great customer service, and beautiful scenery made for an amazing weekend away. My spa services were the icing on the cake. I can't wait to return hopefully for another amazing rooftop concert.

Spent two of our vacation days at the El Ganzo Beach Club Wonderful swimming beach and restaurant You go to the hotel desk and pay 500 pesos per person and then get taken to the beach in a boat The 500 pesos is used for food and drink at the beach A wonderful experience Stall very attentive just excellent After go back to the rooftop bar to watch the sunset and have a first class margarita Make sure you try this out on your trip to San Jose!!!!

The coolest hotel I have ever been to in my life. Absolutely stunning, the staff, and decor were one of a kind. Highly recommended.
