Very neat and nature-inspired resort along the beach. The junior suite is spacious and my! the pillows!!!! I slept immediately my head hit those comfortable pillows😍😍😍 There are about 4 pools with different temperatures, a nice spa and a convenient store in there. Service is excellent too. This is a top class resort. I'll definitely be back.

This is a top quality resort in the Diamond collection! We had a 1 bedroom suite which was very roomy, well appointed and extremely comfortable. The bed was fantastic and bathroom facilities were great. Unfortunately the tub in the bedroom was not a jacuzzi. Also the waves at the beach are too rough for swimming. Although it was billed as 'ocean view' we could just barely see the ocean through the trees around the pool area. Housekeeping services were excellent. Javier's restaurant is awesome. We actually upgraded our Diamond membership to the Cabo Azul level and will definitely return!

Very clean and comfortable while giving the "plush" feel when staying here. The location is great, directly accross the street from storefronts and restaurants/bars. The art district is a little under a mile away, so about 25 minutes to walk. There is also a Starbucks and a little market right on the grounds. Convenient, convenient, convenient.

The pools are amazing. Big and clean. There was a lot of people around, but it didn't feel like it due to how many chairs, cabanas, and space there was for all.

The pool we had was right out of our patio door, which made it convenient when it was dark. Each pool by the rooms had a warm pool as well as a spa connected, so it was very nice when the temperature went down for the night.

The food was great as well. The main restaurant is called Javier's and it was a very excellent with what we had.

Though, the margaritas were tasty, but don't plan on drinking them if you want alcohol in them, as it didn't seem very stiff at all.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They worked around our schedule to clean the rooms and communication was great.

Great experience. I will definitely book here again.

First Class Diamond Resort, they treat you like royalty. They transport you from the Airport to the resort in style and security. You are pampered at every turn. As you arrive they give you a guided tour of the resort, it's so huge you could easily get lost. Bars, cafe's, endless swimming pools and hot tubs. Beautiful grounds with lots of local tours and entertainment. 5 minute taxi ride to Los Cabo shopping square. The resort is very strict with guest safety when leaving facility. Logging guest out . noting vehicle mode & registration to your destination.
Must visit Senor Pepe restaraunt in Cabo, great tasting and unbelievable pricing. The owner personally greats each guess.

Fantastic. Love it so much that we don't want to stay anywhere else. Staff, food and rooms are outstanding. Our spa visit was one of the best. Grateful to be members and have access to so much luxury. Resort is not oversized which makes everything convenient. Big love!

It is like living in paradise! From the minute you arrive you are greeted with the words "Welcome Home" The service is outstanding! The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make sure your every need is taken care of. Cleaning service daily, and a turn down service at night! The food at both restaurants is amazing! Excellent quality of food. The views and sunsets are incredible!

This is the most elegant, beautiful and luxurious resort I've ever been to. Two restaurants, 3 cascading pools (each a diff temp), swim up bar, facing ocean and private beach, spa, stunning property beautifully-maintained and top notch service. The units are primarily timeshare and are available from owners as vacation rentals for non-owners--i.e. you don't have to be a member to stay there. Keep an eye on Craig's list or contact resort for more info. I should have added that these are entire apartments will a full (though small) kitchen, two bathrooms--one luxurious as en suite to master, full living room, etc. It is not a hotel.

We did not actually stay here but attended a wedding at the resort and got to spend some time there with our friends who were staying. Everything about it was absolutely gorgeous. There are fountains everywhere, and torches and fire pits that come on at night. The pools are huge and glorious, and they use salt instead of just chlorine, so they don't smell all chemically. The lounge chairs (and lounge beds! complete with privacy curtains) are super comfy and clean. They have terry cloth covers which are changed daily so they're fresh. The pool area in general was super relaxing and chill even when there were a lot of people there and didn't feel overcrowded. The rooms are large, modern and beautiful. The resort restaurant catered the wedding and it was delicious. All of the staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful. It's pretty pricey, but based on my experience I would say you get what you pay for.

Great services! Excellent staff. Pricing was expected because, it's a resort for Pete's sake. Timeshare presentation was high pressure in a low key setting. Would go back in a heartbeat!

This is a beautiful resort where all your needs are taken care of by accommodating and friendly staff. Our room looked out to the ocean and several pools. There is plenty of space in our one-bedroom unit. Cabo Azul Resort is exceptionally clean with more than enough staff to serve guests. My husband's only complaint is there is no steam sauna only a dry sauna.

Gorgeous resort!!! The suites are beautifully decorated. All of the staff are always helpful, they service with genuine warmth and smile. All of the cabanas swinging beds are there to use, at no extra charge (so refreshing that they don't nickel and dime you). Having a wonderful time!

Cabo Azul was recommended by a friend and was the perfect get away for my first time in Mexico. The resort was beautiful. I was also very surprised by the time share presentation. It was very low key and the lack of aggressive pressure was key to my deciding to become a Diamond owner. Cirilo Valdez understood that I did not want to be pressured and simply provided the information in a non threatening way. It was actually fun and I was very excited about the program and all of the benefits. What a memorable and perfect vacation.

This is pretty much the perfect San Jose del Cabo Resort. It has everything you could possibly want from beautiful views to activities to amazing pools, and wonderful service all around. The accommodation themselves are totally five star, including flat screen TVs, beautiful furniture, and super comfortable beds. There are several restaurants on site which have mind-blowingly awesome food and they even serve ice cream at the on-site Starbucks. I'm not really sure how this place could improve because it really is that good We will be looking forward to our next stay here.

My family went here for a week long vacation. We had a 3 room suite on the 3rd floor that was awesome. The bathtubs are huge and our porch was also huge. The staff is friendly. I liked the pool. There was adequate seating at the pool.

We are glad we stayed here, we got a pool access apartment and it was well worth it the, the room was large with a kitchen, lounge, bathroom and bedroom all opening up to a deck next to the pool. The room was clean and spacious and comfortable, the amenities was great we loved the free laundry and the pools plus the small market was good if forgotten a few things. Check in was easy, fast and friendly. The drink prices were pretty typical of a resort and they did 2 for 1 a lot which was great. They had some ok activities and the bar food was delicious, the Javier's restaurant was pricey but absolutely amazing and worth it. My only complaint was the music that would play in a speaker outside our room very early and when we brought this up it was not addressed.

Very nice resort. Great staff, good food and close to the historic downtown but still on the beach. 5 stars if you could swim at the beach out front but it is too rough, great sand beaches though and he pools are perfect for the kids. Nice upscale resort. No all you can eat option but I don't like that option anyway.

Coming back to this luxury resort is more like a homecoming. As soon as you arrive, the staff exude enthusiasm & genuineness at all levels. There are plenty of activities for both little kids & the big kids. Dining at Javier's with a view of the surf makes the experience all the memorable. Amenities are world class as expected of an exceptional hotel!

Wonderful! We just had an amazing 6 days at Cabo Azul.

We stayed in a Studio, there was a stand alone bedroom that had a living room that my daughter slept on a pull out sofa which was wonderful!

The grounds, pool and entire facility are beautiful and very well maintained. We really were shocked and amazed by how nice it was here!!

Restaurants are great, way better then most resort food. And way better then all inclusive.

All staff was great, I can not imagine the other reviews on here saying the staff was not great, all were so welcoming and made us feel comfortable the entire time!
