Great place, very nice. It's just off the loud bar streets so it's calm, but within walking distance from all the bars and restaurants.

Would give it 5 but I like hooks and towel racks so I can hang my stuff in the bathroom. All else very nice .hot tub was not on and spotty wi fi

Mi experiencia en el Condominio Fabiola fue maravillosa. Es un lugar muy bien ubicado y aseado , a pesar de ser apartamentos, todosos dias son aseados y las camas son tendidas. Su ubicación es la mejor, está a pocos pasos de la 5ta Avenida lugar donde se concentran gran variedad de restaurantes y de bares. Los dueños son personas super amables , Patricio es muy amable y todo el tiempo esta dispuesto a prestarte la mejor atención, conoce muchos lugares turísticos. En nuestro caso , todos los días nos recomendaba restaurantes , playas , cenotes maravillosos. Recomiendo este lugar 100%.

It was a very good address in the center of Playa del Carmen, but without noise. Very good situation near the beaches, the 5th Avenue and a supermarket. The maintenance staff is very nice and serious.
