It's a good place to stay in Puebla. Good service and general prices. It's located next to one of the most important comercial district in Puebla.

The service and the rooms are awesome. I think the location is very comfortable so you can take easy a uber or any other transport and go visit Puebla

Super cold rooms!! No heating and they offered us a free breakfast when we paid for the reservation and we were refused the same when we arrived. Bad experience. I don't recommend this place.

The rooms are cool, but are lack of space and with too much bottons for only a single room, i feel like a machinist, whatever the food in the restaurant is delicius

The executive suite is very nice and it also offers free drinks and snacks in the night, the hotel is a 30 min walk to Puebla's zocalo which is nice, the only problem I had was during breakfast as the 6th floor has a separate dining room which has to bring everything from the first floor and is not properly staffed so sometimes food or plates will run out before they are restocked, eat your breakfast early or late but if you go around 8:30-9 you will have this problem other than this out was good for me.

Water was cold in a whole section of the hotel. It took them several days of complaints from different guests to finally understand that there really was a problem to be fixed.

Service sucks, you pay for something, they don't respect it, pool cold and dirty, I could hear every single noise in the next room, I asked for another and they gave me one worst, the water at the shower was cold, the food was bad and expensive, my shampoo bottle was empty when they gave the room, and the towels with dust, the safety box was broken, TV control broken too, the room was dirty and with mosquitos VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Just don't stay there

When we got to the hotel we were given the option of paying for breakfast,
we were staying one night. We paid, but the receptionist wrote the wrong date on the breakfast slip. We were denied the breakfast and when we presented our problem at the reception desk they were no help. So, I
paid for a breakfast that I could not get and no one had any desire to help us even when we showed our Best Western Rewards Card.

The rooms are small the restrooms are tiny and the rooms do not have climate control. The bar has plenty of liquor but a bartender who doesn't know how to make a drink. The margaritas were 2 for 1 but the first one is so bad you don't want the second one.

Good points is the what they call a continental breakfast, it is actually a full fledged breakfast with made to order omelets, quesadilla and sopes. The staff in the breakfast area is very attentive.
