Muy buen servicio. Los meseros muy amables y la comida estuvo deliciosa. Recomiendo mucho el lugar, aunque es chico es confortable también. Lo único que cambiaría es la iluminación, ya que para cenar hay demasiadas luces, seria mejor que estuviera un poco más obscuro para crear un mejor ambiente.

Little gem just blocks away from the Zocalo. Huge rooms, beautiful patio, friendly service, and a delicious traditional breakfast. Will definitely come back when in Puebla.

I stayed there for two nights and it was great. The place is really nice: the rooms are really comfortable and well maintained, the staff is friendly and the service is good. The food in the restaurant is great. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing time in Puebla.

Sated here for a few days and LOVED it. Centrally located, castle like rooms on the bottom floor, excellent service.

That one, additional and coveted star that is missing is because of two things:
1. The A/C remote control doesn't work well
2. I couldn't make the A/C be cool and make noise simultaneously
Otherwise, good stuff!
