I've stayed here many times. The service is excellent whether it's the front desk, concierge or restaurant. They all go out of their way to obe helpful & many of them speak English. Breakfast Buffet has a great selection. Room Service was very quick & food excellent. Nice views from nicely maintained rooms. Could use a fridge & microwave. But overall EXCELLENT every time I've stayed there. And the price is very reasonable. Much cheaper than some I've stayed at that had worse rooms & service.

Stayed here while my dad gave out a seminar.
Good business hotel. Comfortable and clean standard rooms.
Great views of the Popocatépetl volcano.
It's not close to the city center but you can Uber everywhere in Puebla for a small fare.
Breakfast buffet has vast options and a omelette/egg station.response / report this review -

Excellent view to la malinche volcano and down town general there are a lot of near business places for entertainment and food. Are relative close walking to angelopolis mall and la Estrella (noria) the hotel are equipped for all business events and all the rooms have an excellent view

The main reason I stayed here was because it is pet friendly and it was a nice surprise to know that I would be able to bring my dog. The other good thing was the room service, it was fast and I think the food was very good. Overall a good place to comeback.

Great location, minutes away from angelopolis and many other places. Excellent service and pricing. Free parking in the basement is a plus too. Only complain was the TV as some channels did not have sound and personally pillows where too thick and bed was too soft.
I have to admit that I did not call to have this fixed but I assume they would have corrected it too.
