Clean and spacious, walking distance to shops. Friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchen which was clean and tidy. Daily house keeping of bed making and emptying bins and replacing toiletries. Wifi worked well. We were given a two bedroom apartment on our first night as they did not have our originally booked studio apartment available, and moved us the next day. The only downside was that this place had a lot of ants and all food products had to be sealed tightly and kept clear off the tables and kitchen. There's an outdoor pool which looked clean. Limited parking spots in front of villa.

Decent, clean self catering accommodation if you're on a budget. 5 minute walk to Food outlets & supermarket.

Price/quality is okay
Positive:
5min walk to Super U (supermarket) and 10min to a variety of restaurants in Grand Baie
Room gets cleaned well every day
Free parking
Good bakery (Le Fournil) close by
Negative:
(At least our) room needs some refurb
At 6:30am you'll hear the staff moving tables/chairs and preparing the breakfast
AirCon was leaking water, fixed after two days and several discussions

My reservation was accepted, they phoned me the next day to tell me that even if my reservation was accepted they are overbooked, that they shall find some other place for me to stay but can't say where until at earliest the day before my arrival, but most probably on the check in date itself.
They clearly stated that I shouldn't mind that as I was a resident of the country, that it was not their problem if they have a booking problem and not an issue if they couldn't tell me where I would stay earlier. Worst booking experience!response / report this review -

The price is good and the place is only 5 minutes walk to the beach in Grand Bay in Mauritius. There is a Mall between the beach and the Villa. Enroute to the are several great restaurants as well. Night clibs sre next to the beach.
