Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and neat. The meals provided was delicious.The staff are friendly and always willing to assist.The atmosphere was really peaceful and a lovely area to stay.l recommend that you choose Domains des Alizee for your accommodation for your holiday in Mauritius. I rate them as a 5 star luxurious hotel.

A wonderful family hotel. The hotel is neat and clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need and more. The staff are friendly, helpful and always accommodating. The hotel staff went out of their way to arrange a birthday party for my daughters birthday. The food is delicious and very well presented, the waitresses are friendly and made everyday and amazing experience. Thank you to everyone who ensured our family hoilday was a beautiful one🖒

Terrible experience, the location is in middle of nowhere and about 2 kilometres from everything. The rooms are very dark, and you will hardly see the sun. The swimming pool is cold. Escape from this trap; you will find tons of better place in Mauritius Island. Can't trust other reviews, it looks fake to me.

Pathetic service..i cant even rate this service zero.we booked 2rooms room207 & 208.shivarathi week/valentine .no proper management ..terrible service..no supervisors..take a look at my valentine dinner table and compare the rest of the other tables..seems like my family was prejudiced during this stay
*shower was clogging..
*Toilet was clogged..
*telephone in room not working..
*safes not operating..
*maids not cleaning bathrooms and toilet..
*maids caught not changing the beddings to clean linen.
*every evening we killing coacroaches in the roomsand abundance of ants in the kitchens
this is definatley not 5 star serviceplease adjust ur rating to zerowe were over charged for pathetic zero Star service
More faults going on day by day..heres more..

Unfortunately what could have been a pleasant stay was ruined by a complete lack of customer service. Furthermore, the rooms are dark, pool area is poorly laid out with few sun hours, the gym is poorly equipped and the breakfast is very limited. In addition, the availability of staff to answer the phone during business hours is unacceptable - on a number of occasions when calling the front desk the phone is picked up and then left off the hook to prevent calls from going through. All of the above has been communicated to the management with little or no recognition.

Good restaurant but limited menu.I recommend their "poke" dish.very fresh and tasty.The complex is luxurious but it looks like too many "things" have been done in a limited space

Self catering apartments in Mauritius. Not on the beach. They are clean and well maintained. Will recommend to groups or friends travelling together.

Fantastic setting. Very relaxing. Beautiful pool area and a superb spa. No beach at the location but a shuttle service which takes you to a private beach. For exploring the island renting a car is advisable.
