Terrible customer service. Booked a table at the restaurant at 2 pm today. The security guard clearly didn’t understand a thing. Kept us including a baby waiting for nearly 20 min at the gate whilst he ‘checked something’ despite child getting increasingly distressed. Communication is clearly not a job requirement when these guys are employed. Plenty of other great places nearby. Avoid this place.
