Sets the bar for five star service! Every detail attended to - spent three nights and had a wonderful time. The restaurant was outstanding - thanks for the separate Vegetarian menu! I ended up using the Spa twice - great value! It’s right next to and connected to MGM - very convenient. Highly Recommended!

A very good hotel. It was comfortable and I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was well taken care of and things went marvelously. I would certainly come back and also highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

This magnificent hotel lives up to its international reputation and, is ranked #2 of the many superb hotels in Macau/Cotai The rooms, like the restaurants [buffet breakfast especially], are absolutely first class!! Many "luxury rooms" have a superb lake view One can also walk directly to the neighbouring MGM hotel!!! Even the pool temperature is a constant 28C/82F all the time!! But perhaps best of all is the "professionalism", "helpfulness" and "detailed knowledge" of the staff. In short its a TRUE DELIGHT!!!

Mandarin never disappoints. This one is good. I like the spa especially. And the location is also very good. It’s within the MGM Grand Macau complex in Macau Peninsular, which is less crowded with tourists comparing with Cotai and packed with interesting spots.

Nonetheless, the WiFi sucks and there is no WiFi connection from your phone to the stereo system so not convenient.

This is a very hotel in Macau. Wonderful facilities and remarkable services. But of course it is expensive, we were having a voucher to stay, so everything is surprisingly good! Remember to try the spa on the third floor :)

A very nice hotel! We booked the Bundle of Delights package, which included the breakfast, afternoon tea, and buy 1 get 1 free at the spa. The ferry tickets from Hong Kong were included, as well as the transfer from the Macau ferry terminal to the hotel. The room is nicely arranged. The swimming pool is nice, and there is a spa and steam room inside the changing rooms. A perfect stay!
