  今日中午我去葡國領事館，個認別證搞左半年都未搞到。三個月前有個態度好的後生仔幫我check 左一下，話十個階段中，卡在第三個階段，會寄信去問下，佢叫我過一兩個月黎問番結果。今日接待的係一個中年男人，唉，佢話，"信寄左去就冇GA LA，你出去出面櫃台拿個 email，自己去寄信問"，佢完全唔想幫我check留之前個 mail。然後我出去外面的櫃台，有個比較後生的，不過一樣很差，比左個 email 我，同我講 "可以寄去戈個 email，但係一般我地都唔會睇"。一堆沒受教育的土生真的是社會悲哀。

  態度差，辦事能力低，一堆領著高薪水的無用人。甚麼都事不關己的態度，不想上班的話，有種就別做，何必每天浪費地球資源散播負面情緒。

  澳門葡國領事館係一間葡萄牙大宅形式的建築物，在90年代之前係一間葡人的療養院，醫院，前面花園，每間房前面有大露台，非常豪華 ; 澳門回歸中國後改為葡國領事館，專辦理葡國証件……

  Appalling.
  Some staff are RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. If you want a taste of what RACISM feels like, try getting your documents renewed there. Not only the guy at the counter disrespects most Chinese, the middle aged (or more) woman yelled at me FOR NO REASON and she insulted me out of no where to say I am single and no one wants me?! (she is delusional) Highly unstable persons should not be allowed to work in a place that's supposed to be diplomatic. How ridiculous an embassy is the last place for peace, world peace?
  
  -- in general most staff have a "I DON'T CARE" attitude.
  -- they should promote the better staff and replace the lazy ones.
  -- we don't get our passports for free, so don't act and treat us like refugees.
  -- if their system is down, that's YOUR problem. Your appointment may likely be postponed another month or two. (on top of waiting for 3 mths already for the original appointment)
  -- get ready to get yelled at even if you waited for an hour before they sat down with you. But then a woman staff from the next booth would yell at you because she wanted to get off at 4pm sharp and she thought that was your problem and this nut case would start insulting you based on no ground.
  -- no toilet open for you if after 4pm.
  
  It's super embarrassing for agents like that to represent Portugal.
  
  They cannot violate human rights and being offensive randomly.
  
  This is not the real Portugal.
  
  Hope the Consul and concerned government officials will take note on these.
  
  Don't be afraid to share your own experience if they were mean to you instead of going home and cry or getting upset for too long.

  Estamos manifestamente gratos ao Senhor Consul e sua magnífica equipa em Macau. Estivemos em Macau, mês de Março e Abril em trabalho, e um dos elementos da nossa equipa artística foi impedido de entrar no Território por causa do passaporte, que caducaria no mês a seguir. Face ao sucedido, o Consulado de Portugal em Macau resolveu o nosso problema do passaporte com grande zelo, rapidez e eficácia. O que foi crucial para o nosso trabalho!
