The Hotel room was excellent but poker had stopped, zero atmosphere and the breakfast was poor and expensive. Concierge was very helpful.

Terrible service. The reception is the laziest and most inefficient I’ve seen. We spent an hour on making a reservation. The staff told us to come back at 3 and get the key. BUT one of the rooms was not ready at 4, he even asked us to go down to have our key cuz there was not enough employees to send the key to our room. This is insane. Ridiculous reception.ruined our trip

We stayed here for 2 nights in Macau. Big rooms, good view, professional staff, great casino. Walking distance to all other major hotspot hotels and casinos. Satisfaied with our stay here. This was previously known as Hard Rock Hotel I guess. Breakfast can have more options from Indian subcontinent. Overall great stay.

Pretty hotel, lousy service. Room booked and paid online, but I couldnt make the trip as planned. I called the hotel service line about the situation, was assured that my parents would be taken care of without my presence. Then only upon check-in my parents were told it can't do without my credit card. No alternative solution provided. I have to suggest sending photo copy over to get through.

The customer service later called after receiving my compliant. The first thing mentioned was not an apology but to correct me that the duration my parents got held up at the front desk was not as long as I claimed. And the compensation they'd offered was a late check out. Really?

I flied in and checked out for my parents the next day. If not I was in rage it's almost funny to see how the front desk guy rolled his eyes standing next to the manager who was apologizing to what happened.

stupid service ever. super slow check-in. cant get rooms before 3pm. when returned to collect the keys at 3pm it takes another 40mins to get the keys! I left when I did check-in a note that rooms no need to be at the same floor and the staff said she got it. But they made mass to arrange the rooms when I returned. They ignored the note and trying to give us the rooms at the same floor and told us wait for another 1hr or more than that to get a room. Have to explain again and again and again.
Also when I asked a big taxi for 5 people, concierge told me that I need a phone number in China,HK, or Macau. what a stupid and weird answer. then why there's concierge team? Explained again and again and again but same answer from the concierge staff looking at me that he couldnt understand me at all that I am standing there and asking call a taxi. Poor service. Absolutely works/requests from guests never be connected or shared between staffs. Never go back this hotel (now it is count down hotel) even the location and facility is good!

We really enjoyed celebrating our Wedding Anniversary here. The location is very convenient, it is just a walking distance to other attractions. Service is excellent with very helpful and friendly staffs. The room is cozy, luxurious and very spacious. The view from the room is amazing. We have tried their brunch as well and it was great.

Very happening place with a lot of performances, the portion of the food is very big, so don't order too much if you can't finish.

Use promo pack to take 2 free tickets to "house of dancing water " and "golden reel" - it's amazing!
Free transfer. Cool and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Swimming pool on the 2nd floor, tasty burgers in Hard Rock Cafe, awesome breakfast buffet- all was great!

Cleanest room I've slept in! It was also big and comfortable. And the pool was excellent! I like how it is shaped like a guitar.
