  Worst wifi ever, expect no wifi, still found dirt after room cleaning, staffs are ok though. Business trips every week, kind of forced to live here for a year already, wifi seldom ok. Refrigerator is not working, when you report to manager they even said that's not a cooler but they put beverge in it. Worst managers ever, not helpful at all, not to mention the wifi, they said too many people are using causinf the inefficiency but it is still not working even for mid night or early morning.

  It surely isn't a new hotel, staffs are mostly from mainland China and little English is spoken. However, they delivered warm service, prompt check in, good clean spacious rooms and a serviceable restaurant. Price isn't cheap during the grand prix but still affordable in comparison to many others. The location is so central, and in house free WiFi works well too. Overall this is a good hotel which is underrated by many people.

  Mediocre to average hotel. The breakfast buffet is not great, including some of the worst coffee I have come across. The front desk refused to help us make dinner reservations at another restaurant on the basis that the hotel had its own restaurant In a city known for its food, this is pretty poor service. The room was large and comfortable, and they sent up some fruit when we arrived for free and without us requesting it.

  Nice location near Macau landmarks, St. Paul cathedral, casinos and shopping centers. Very good breakfast menus.

  The room is big. So that is worthed with the price. Breakfast is depend. You can choose room with breakfast or not. The hotel location is near with Senado Square and Ruin St Paul. And near with shuttle bus to City of Dream Taipa ( waiting line at Grand Emperor hotel). Lobby hotel not big so much. Just for register. Hotel have shuttle to Macau Ferry Terminal.

  Located in CBD. The evening buffet is very good especially the Macanese food including Tacho and BBQ piglet with rice.

  Good location, only 5-10 mins easy walk to Senado square. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The duty manager (on 28/2/17) solved an unanticipated situation very wisely and in a very calm/polite manners.

  Is about 20 mins away from airport, room is clean and come with FREE strong WiFi. Toilet come with bath tub. Hotel is centrally located with supermarket, eateries shops, cafes ,shopping malls and casino within walking distance.

  Room side is good and offer USB charger in guest room. The non smoking floor is available (on 7th floor). Still offering bath tub in bathroom. But the wifi is very slow and disconnected many time.
